The North Shore District had the largest amount of new homes on the market last month with 43 new listings. That accounted for almost 30% of the total new listings on the market for the area.
All districts had an average of about 15 closings in the month of June except for the Locust Valley District who had 22 sales. Projections for the rest of the summer are showing many more sales during July & August.
All Districts in the area had an average sale price of over $1 million in June except for Glen Cove, which remained in the the $700k's. Roslyn, Oyster Bay & Locust Valley all had averages of $1.5 million in June.
