Inventory has still remained low in the North Shore area for Spring in comparison to previous years. The average amount of new listings across all school districts was about 28.

Total closings in the area dropped in April in all districts. Glen Cove had the highest amount of sales this month with a total of 19 homes sold.

The North Shore District remained the most expensive district from March to April with the priciest average at $1.2 million. Oyster Bay had the most significant change, jumping over 500k in average sale price from last month.
