The number of new homes on the market remained about the same from last month. Both Glen Cove & Locust Valley had the highest increase, each with almost 40 new listings.

Total closings still remained low from April to May with an average of 15 sales amongst the districts. With a large number of homes in pending it is projected that there will be many more closings during the summer months.

All Districts in the area had an average sale price of over $1 million in May except for Glen Cove, which remained in the the $700k's. Oyster Bay had the largest increase with the priciest average of almost $1.5 million.
