Inventory has gone up slightly from March. The Locust Valley district had the largest number of new listings with a total of 34 homes on the market.

Despite the lack of inventory, the North Shore district maintained a steady lead in closings with a total of 26 homes sold in March. Oyster Bay had the fewest sales with only 8 closings, in addition to having very little listings.

The average sale price had quite a large fluctuation from February to March. The Locust Valley area took a 500k drop in prices for the area while North Shore jumped up 300k with the priciest average of $1.4 million.
