The amount of new inventory was very low for the month of February. All school districts had about 12 - 15 new properties on the market in their areas.

Locust Valley School District had the most amount of sales in February with a total of 19 closings. Although, the average amount of sales was fairly low this month. All other districts had 10 - 15 homes sold.

Average prices remained the same throughout February. Locust Valley had the priciest sale with an average of $1.5 million. Glen Cove's average sale price still remains the most affordable with an average of about $790,000.
