The most new listings that were placed on the market in June were located in Locust Valley & Roslyn. Each town with close to 50 new properties up for sale.
The North Shore District remained in the lead from May with the most amount of Closings in June (15). Roslyn sales were just behind with 14 closings total.
Average sale prices in June all seem to have dropped below the $1 million mark aside from the Roslyn District, which had the priciest average of $1.350,000.

MINI MART 2020 CANCELLED We were so sad to hear that Mini Mart has been cancelled this year due to Coronavirus. But we are glad that the Village is taking the proper precautions to keep our neighbors safe. According to the LI Herald, this is the first time that the event has been cancelled since 1969. The special town event will be greatly missed by the community and local artists & businesses.
