The North Shore District had the greatest number of new listings in August with a total of 41 homes New To Market. Locust Valley had the second highest total with 39 new homes listed.
All areas had around the same amount of Closings in August, however, a flood of sales are projected to come this fall after homes Under Contract were at an all time high in August.
Sale prices in the area are hitting record highs. Almost all districts had an average home cost of over $1 million with North Shore & Glen Cove prices increasing by 200k from July to August.
