In May, Roslyn had almost 40% of the new listings on the market with a total of 27 properties listed. North Shore had the second highest amount with a total of 16.

As the summer months approach, more and more people seem to be flocking to the Long Island for the remainder of isolation. North Shore had the highest number of closings in May with a total of 15 properties purchased.

Going hand and hand with closings, the North Shore District also had the priciest sales in May, with an average price of $1,365,125. The prices in Oyster Bay, Roslyn & Locust Valley all dropped in price.

PHASE II BEGINS! Our office re-opened on June 10th with Safety features in place. We are fortunate that Real Estate was included in Long Island's Phase II re-opening this month! We are still operating remotely for the most part, but our office space has resumed for essential & administrative functions during the week, Monday through Friday! Following NYS Covid-19 guidelines, everyone entering the office is required to wear a mask and get their temperature checked. The office is also sanitized weekly to ensure the health & safety of our agents. So although it's not "business as usual" just yet, we are thankful to have our space back on Sea Cliff Ave where we can see our friends & neighbors and greet them with a friendly wave as they pass by!
