For the month of January, North Shore School District had the most amount of new listings, with a total of 28 new homes on the market. Glen Cove following right behind with a total of 27.

Out of the 5 districts, the greatest amount of homes were sold in Glen Cove, with a total of 18 listings closed. Roslyn & North Shore tied for second with 10 homes sold in both areas.

The average sale price throughout the various school districts currently ranges from $600k to $1.6 million, with Locust Valley being the priciest, averaging at $1,675,183.
