North Shore & Locust Valley remain the top two districts with the most amount of new listings in the area. North Shore with a total of 25 homes, and Locust Valley with a total of 23.

Despite the pandemic and market shifts during the month of March, The North Shore District had the most amount of sales with a total of 13 closed listings. Glen Cove right behind with a total of 11 closings

In March, the minimum average sale price remained around 500k, while the maximum price dropped from $1.8 million to $1.2 million. with the priciest homes in the Locust Valley & North Shore districts.
