The year 2021 was once again dominated by the coronavirus pandemic. But Infront was able to manage well under these conditions, as Vucetic explains: “Infront had full capacity to support both users and employees in working from their offices at home. The Infront Professional Terminal, as well as other products, can be accessed from anywhere within minutes. During COVID, our customers have been able to stay connected to financial markets.” There seem to be two dominating trends in the financial service provider market, at least up until now. Clients constantly expect cheaper fees and, at the same time, a ‘hyperpersonalisation’ of the service. Asked how Infront copes with these trends, the experienced CEO answers: “This notion is slightly

misperceived. Clients want better products that are more effective at addressing their current issues and needs. Needs have changed and clients are looking for vendors that have more flexibility in delivering innovative solutions that do not require a high service element.” He adds: “Our solutions are modular and scalable to suit the needs of our clients across their entire financial workflow.
