Participants walked away with practical strategies to foster cooperation, resilience, and emotional intelligence in their children, while also nurturing stronger parent-child relationships at home.
Our recent Parent-WISE workshops for Early and Primary Years were a truly enriching experience, marked by deep engagement, insightful dialogue, and meaningful takeaways for all involved.
In the Early Years session, the focus was on Positive Discipline, where parents explored empathetic and respectful approaches to guiding young children’ s behavior.

The Primary Years workshop took a different yet equally important direction, delving into the theme of goal-setting This session equipped parents with tools to support their children in identifying, articulating, and pursuing goals that are both meaningful and attainable. Facilitators guided parents through frameworks that promote a growth mindset and intrinsic motivation, emphasizing how small, consistent steps can lead to long-term success. Parents shared experiences, reflected on their children’ s strengths and challenges, and practiced strategies for providing encouragement and constructive feedback The session empowered parents to become collaborative partners in their children’ s journey of self-directed learning and personal growth
Across both sessions, the atmosphere was one of curiosity, openness, and shared learning. Parents appreciated the balance of theory and application, as well as the opportunity to connect with other families facing similar joys and challenges The workshops concluded with a strong sense of community and commitment, as parents expressed their enthusiasm for applying their new insights at home and eagerly anticipated the next session in the ParentWISE series
