A Window Into Our World

Our Grade 1 students enjoyed an exciting and educational field trip to Tamara Garden Centre, where they connected with the wonders of nature.
Surrounded by vibrant greenery, they explored different plant species, engaging their senses of touch, sight, and smell.
Did you know that some plants can “talk” to each other? They release special scents into the air to warn nearby plants about insects or danger!
Surrounded by vibrant greenery, they explored different plant species, engaging their senses of touch, sight, and smell. This visit ignited their curiosity as they asked questions about plant life and learned fascinating facts in an interactive environment.
They especially enjoyed spotting unique flowers, observing tiny insects, and discovering how plants grow with sunlight and water. It was a valuable experience that linked their classroom knowledge with the beauty of the natural world in a fun and unforgettable way!
Computers can get “sick” just like people! Viruses, worms, and trojans are like tiny germs for computers but unlike humans, we can stop them with strong passwords, updates, and antivirus programs.
Making rangolis and decorating with flowers and lamps isn’t just beautiful, it also helps improve focus, creativity, and teamwork when done together!
Eating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables not only makes your plate look exciting, but helps your body in different ways like boosting immunity, improving memory, or giving you more energy!
