There’s something about Wyoming that grabs hold of your spirit, wide open skies, rugged mountain peaks and a pace that makes you breathe a little deeper. Though I don’t call it home, every visit feels like coming back to a place I was always meant to find. Curating this issue has been a love letter to that feeling - to the wild, beautiful energy that makes Wyoming weddings truly unforgettable. From the snowcovered peaks of Jackson to the quiet charm of Sheridan and the sweeping views above Snow King Mountain, this issue is packed with real weddings that embrace the West in all its forms. Whether it’s a star-lit elopement in the Grand Tetons or a windswept ceremony in Afton, each celebration reflects the character of the land and the couples who bring it to life.
You’ll also find proposals in Grand Teton National Park that remind us just how magical a single moment can be. And for those who love a good party, we’re sharing a one-of-akind bachelorette weekend that blends après-ski cocktails, Western flair and a night at the iconic Cowboy Bar - fun, funky and full of memories in the making.
Wyoming may be wild and wide open, but it’s the kind of place that wraps you in its charm. Whether you’re just dreaming of a destination wedding out west or deep in the planning process, I hope these pages fill you with inspiration, awe and a few good ideas along the way. Here’s to finding your own moment in Wyoming.
“WHERE
What happens when a Florida girl, Eve, who doesn’t ski, plans her bachelorette weekend in Jackson Hole during a snowstorm? A weekend full of laughs, fabulous fashion and unforgettable memories with her best friends. With Jackson holding a special place in the bride-to-be’s heart, it’s where her nowhusband grew up, Eve knew she wanted to include the destination into her wedding story. After an engagement party was canceled there, Eve’s motherin-law offered to host the bridal shower, aka the perfect excuse to turn it into a full-on bachelorette weekend.
Photography: Blair Worthington Team | blairworthingtonphotography.com
The crew kicked things off with a ski day that turned into a full-blown whiteout. For a group of mostly Floridians, it was a mix of chaos and comedy. The bride rocked a white Half Days onesie, sparkly Posh Poles and a powder-blue Wiederhoft veil, leaning into the bridal-on-the-mountain aesthetic with full enthusiasm. After skiing, and surviving, the group gathered at The Handle Bar at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole for a proper après before heading to a cozy, chic dinner at Caldera House.
The night’s theme; animal print and glamour. Eve wore a stunning green Rodarte dress styled with heirloom pieces from her late Nana and fine jewelry from her own brand, Stoned Fine Jewelry, where she’s also the CEO and founder. Her friends bundled up in vintage fur coats she had thrifted for the occasion, making for a fashion-forward crew twirling through snowflakes under the Jackson sky.
The bridal shower at the family home was a Western dream. The bride wore a flowy Costarellos gown paired with custom Miron Crosby boots, a bow-trimmed Sing Hat and a veil by Annette Anderson. Following the shower, everyone changed into denim looks for one final hoorah: a night out at the iconic Cowboy Bar. The bride’s Alexander Wang jumpsuit, Amina Muaddi boots and mini Chanel purse brought the ultimate cool-girl energy to her “Last Rodeo.”

Haylee and Stewart first met in Waco, Texas, when Stewart and his friends walked into the bar where Haylee was working, all vying for a seat near the “hot bartender.” While their first encounter was brief, fate had other plans. Two years later, at another bar where Haylee was bartending, Stewart saw her again, this time, watching in awe as she effortlessly carried a keg over her head. That was all the push he needed to finally ask for her number, and from there, their connection only grew. Four years later, during a long-dreamed-of trip to Jackson Hole, Stewart planned the perfect proposal. Just before dinner at The Million Dollar Cowboy Steakhouse, he led Haylee to Blacktail Ponds under the pretense of taking a quick photo. As she reached to grab her phone back from a woman offering to snap the shot, Stewart got down on one knee. That woman? Their hidden photographer, ready to capture the moment. And just when Haylee thought the surprises were over, her best friends and their husbands ran toward them, having secretly arrived a day early and spent the trip avoiding the couple to keep the plan a secret.

Courtney and Nick first met at Texas Tech University. After five years of dating, Nick planned a heartfelt proposal in the picturesque town of Cody with views of the Absaroka Mountain Range. Secretly orchestrating the moment with photographer Macy Spencer, Nick asked Courtney to take some casual photos, unaware she was about to receive the surprise of a lifetime. As the breathtaking Wyoming backdrop surrounded them, Nick got down on one knee, and Macy captured every moment of their unforgettable proposal.

A little over a decade ago, Jenica and Jason met in high school. Jenica remembers the day like it was yesterday, saying, “We met under an old oak tree at a high school party, the stars just beginning to peek out above us. A friend introduced us, but it felt like destiny had already planned our meeting. The moment our eyes met, we knew there was something special, like the world had been waiting for us to find each other. It was love at first sight, a love that felt like home.” After 12 years together, Jason planned a proposal set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Grand Tetons. Jenica recalls, “Surrounded by his family, who were there to share in our joy, he took my hands, looked deeply into my eyes and knelt down on one knee. With a voice filled with emotion, he asked me to marry him and in that moment, it felt like time stopped. It was a beautiful beginning to our forever.”

Jena and Will first met at a mutual friend’s house party, where classic rock, Miller Lite and Will’s mustache made for perfect conversation starters. It didn’t take long for them to realize they had more in common than just good taste in music and beer. One road trip later, because nothing tests a relationship like hours in a car, and they were officially inseparable, spending every summer hiking, climbing and chasing new adventures in their RV. But when it came time to propose, Will brought it back to where it all began, their college town of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. At their favorite lakeside spot, where they had spent countless days playing with their dogs, Will set up a private sunset picnic. As Jena took it all in, Will got down on one knee, proving that their greatest adventure was only just beginning.

Mallory and Ryan met 30,000 feet in the air, seated next to each other on a flight from Phoenix, Arizona to JFK where they struck up a conversation that turned into a lasting connection. Exactly one year later, Ryan planned a romantic staycation in New York City, New York, to celebrate the anniversary of their serendipitous meeting. The evening took a surprising turn when they boarded a private boat that cruised around Manhattan. With the Statue of Liberty in the background, Ryan got down on one knee. “I didn’t even put the ring on for the first five minutes,” Mallory laughed. “I was in complete shock!”
When it came time to capture their love story, Jackson Hole was the only place that made sense. As the destination of their very first trip together, and a spot they’ve returned to time and time again, it holds a special place in their hearts. The couple enlisted Eva Dabill of Evable Photo to document the undeniable magic they feel in the Tetons. From the iconic charm of the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar to the Western elegance of Kemo Sabe, each spot reflected their deep love for this mountain town.

High school sweethearts, Katie and Austin, turned their budding teenage romance into a lifelong adventure. After nine years together, Austin proposed during a family vacation in Turks and Caicos, getting down on one knee on the shores of Providenciales. With his military commitments, the couple legally tied the knot in 2022, but they always knew they wanted to celebrate the wedding of their dreams, surrounded by family and friends.
During a cross-country road trip through 22 national parks, the Tetons quickly became one of Katie and Austin’s favorite places, making it the perfect backdrop for their summer cowboy-chic wedding. Katie stunned in a feminine tulle gown from Casablanca Bridal, paired with silver rhinestone cowboy boots that made a statement as she walked down the aisle. Meanwhile, Austin looked dapper in his tan suit from Friar Tux and blue ostrichleg leather boots. For the ceremony, the couple kept the setting intentionally bare, letting the sweeping valley views create an immersive and breathtaking scene for their vows. Afterward, the newlyweds joined their guests for a reception featuring acoustic guitar melodies, a buffet-style dinner, an open bar and an unforgettable sendoff at the iconic Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, where live music and dancing carried the party well into the night.

Our photographer Jenny was PHENOMENAL, she spent the whole weekend with us and really got to know us and capture our love. She felt like a part of our family throughout the whole process.
Chaney and her staff at StillWest Brewery were so easy to work with. They were very accommodating and made everything stress-free. Our guests also raved about the food and even went back the during the wedding weekend.
It was a busy July 4th weekend at Snow King Mountain but Event Manager, Sidney Roubin, worked diligently with us to avoid any conflicts and ensure our wedding ceremony remained true to vision.
Our hair stylist, Idelia, was amazing, she came to our condo and got everything done so fast and it held all day, she really understood my vision of what I wanted.
“Make it an experience for yourself and your guests. Take the pressure off trying to stick to a strict schedule, and allow yourself to be in the moment. Enjoy the day - because in the end, the little details won’t matter. It will be beautiful and fun no matter what.”

Hannah and Ryan, also known as Memphis, met through mutual friends. While they attended the same high school, they were four years apart and never crossed paths until a few years later when they bumped into each other at a local bar and instantly hit it off. During their three years together, Memphis taught Hannah how to play a game he loved and enjoyed, backgammon. This game would ultimately become much more meaningful to the pair, as Hannah shares, “We were sitting at home on a Thursday night in December 2022, and I really wanted to play backgammon! Memphis was hesitant and kept trying to push it off, but I was insistent. He finally gave in, and when I opened the backgammon board, the ring was sitting right inside of it. He was planning on proposing the following night! It was perfect, just us in our home playing our favorite game together.”
Hannah and Memphis planned a pastel garden party-inspired wedding for 85 friends and family at Snake River Ranch. Hannah, a wedding photographer herself, wanted to plan something a little outside of the box, with the weekend kicking off with a Western-chic welcome party at the National Museum of Wildlife Art. Guests embraced the theme wholeheartedly, arriving dressed to impress and ready for a good time. But the true highlight of the weekend was the ceremony, which took place along the Snake River. The Tetons served as a breathtaking backdrop as Hannah glided down the aisle in an A-line Galia Lahav wedding gown. After sealing their destiny with a kiss, the newlyweds joined their guests for an evening of dancing. Adding a playful twist, Hannah and Memphis chose to forgo the traditional cake and instead treated their guests to mini Espresso Martini towers.
“Make sure you have a rock solid vendor team! Our day would not have been as perfect or gone as seamless as it did without our amazing vendors. Also, do what YOU want to do, you don’t need to worry about what friends or family think, at the end of the day the wedding is about your marriage!”

While Annika and Sean grew up in the same tight-knit Iowa community, their six-year age gap meant their paths never crossed. That all changed when Annika, fresh out of college, applied for a job at Sean’s coffee shop. From lattes to love, their connection was instant, and two years later, Sean planned the sweetest proposal at a place that meant the world to them. During a family trip to Annika’s grandparents’ cabin in the Bighorn Mountains, a place where they first whispered “I love you,” Sean led her on a hike to their favorite waterfall at Porcupine Falls. As they climbed up to their usual photo spot, he dropped to one knee, catching everyone, except Annika’s parents, who came prepared with celebratory champagne, by surprise. Annika, of course, said “Yes!” and so they spent the rest of the trip soaking in the moment, cherishing new memories at the cabin, this time as fiancés.
Annika and Sean planned a simple wedding with hints of Western charm sprinkled throughout the weekend. From a welcome dinner where guests donned their best cowboy-inspired looks to a ceremony in the front yard of Annika’s family cabin, every detail felt intentional and personal. They kept things intimate with just 45 guests, embracing the natural beauty of the Bighorn Mountains and weaving in meaningful family traditions, from a handcrafted wooden ring box to a unity ceremony featuring a locally made ale bowl. As the sun set, guests gathered around a long, family-style table, raising glasses of Old Fashioneds and gin and tonics in celebration of a love story that felt as timeless as the mountains themselves.

Is it cheesy to say my dress/look?
I just loved how simple it was and how well it fit! I only had to hem the bottom. The wrap I wore was just a simple material we found online and cut and hemmed it to my liking. It looked so elegant. As well as my hair pin which I will cherish forever and my sweater which I’m still wearing to this day.

song that made everyone dance
As music played post dinner, a song came on and all of sudden my grandparents started to slow dance. It was “Smoke Gets In Your Eyes” by The Platters and it was “their” song, so sure enough we all started to slow dance. I guess you could call that our first dance, but as soon as the song ended my mom made sure our actual first dance song played next!
VENDORS THAT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND Powder River Party Rentals went above and beyond in my eyes, when in reality it’s just what they do!! Our cabin is fairly remote in the Bighorns and to hear they would deliver the tables & chairs to the cabin - I was shocked! Sure enough they did and they did it with ease!
“Do you! Don’t feel pressured to do the traditional wedding norms. If something doesn’t feel right or feel like you, don’t do it!”
Cozmel and Matt met in college while attending James Madison University. “My best friends were dating guys in the same fraternity he was in,” Cozmel shared. “The first time we hung out was at my apartment in a group setting, and apparently he asked one of my friends if I was single. After a few more group hangouts, he finally worked up the nerve to ask me out.” Five years later, Matt planned a staycation in Buena Vista, Colorado, to celebrate their anniversary. After a full day of hiking and biking, he pulled over at Twin Lakes under the pretense that they had time to kill before their dinner reservation. However, Matt had something up his sleeve. With a photographer hidden to capture the moment, Matt got down on one knee and asked Cozmel to be his wife. The surprises didn’t stop there. When they returned to their Airbnb, both of their families, who had flown in from the East Coast, were waiting to celebrate with a private dinner crafted by a personal chef.
Cozmel and Matt planned an intimate wedding celebration surrounded by Grand Teton National Park with just 11 guests in attendance. Their ceremony at Snake River Overlook featured whimsical floral arrangements in a dreamy palette of soft pinks, lavender, ivory and buttery yellow blooms. Cozmel wore a sleek, minimalist gown paired with delicate strappy heels, while Matt looked sharp in a custom chocolate brown suit from Indochino, finished with a boutonnière of wild blooms. After exchanging vows, the newlyweds and their small group of loved ones gathered for an al fresco celebration at Tammah. Candles and organic floral centerpieces with pops of purple lined a long table set against rolling fields and towering peaks, while a private guitarist played Taylor Swift instrumentals into the sunset.
“My best advice for couples is to enjoy the planning process and not get too caught up in making everything perfect. Remember what the day is truly about — marrying your person. Small details or mishaps won’t matter in the long run. What you’ll remember is how you felt, not anything that went unplanned.”

Megan Thompson, our wedding planner, put together everything so seamlessly. My husband and I were very unaware of the wedding process as a whole and didn’t want to get too into the details. Megan took what we told her of what we wanted for the day and made it even better than what we pictured. She was organized, communicative and every other good trait you would want in a wedding planner.
Alison Erickson, our photographer, was amazing. She went out and scoped multiple shoot locations for us prior to the wedding, was super prepared and made us feel very comfortable. We wanted a lot of candid shots and she had a great mix of those and posed shots. She knew the perfect times to get all of these taken and made a great timeline to get to the different photo spots. Her craft with film is amazing, and we are thrilled with our wedding album.

McKenzie and Dickson met while living in Orlando, Florida. Their shared love for design, nature, art and culture helped them create an instant bond that was unshakeable. After years of dating, Dickson planned a heartfelt proposal in the intimate setting of their Chicago, Illinois, condo, with their beloved pup, Jackson, playing a starring role. McKenzie said, “Yes!” to the love of her life and the two began planning a nature inspired wedding day at a private ranch that served as a backdrop for countless memories made during their relationship. With a desire to honor the beauty of the outdoors, they embraced a neutral palette that seamlessly blended with the landscape, accented by shades of marigold. With guests traveling from near and far, McKenzie and Dickson wanted their wedding to be more than just a single-day celebration, it was an immersive experience showcasing the beauty of Wyoming. They curated a weekend filled with adventure and connection, inviting loved ones to explore the great outdoors through hiking, fly fishing and horseback riding before gathering for a sunset dinner including toasts and, of course, champagne. As the night unfolded, McKenzie and Dickson shared a romantic dance beneath the stars before their guests joined in, turning the evening into a vibrant party under the vast Wyoming night sky.

Our location was challenging and required heavy coordination and for that, we’d like to highlight our rental teams, Aurora Event Rentals and Canvas Rentals. They worked tirelessly to make sure the event was seamless - including testing bridges and roads well in advance of the event. We also appreciated the excellent transportation team, Mountain West Transportation, that shuttled our guests to and from events all weekend long. The road to our venue was tricky and they maneuvered the entire weekend seamlessly.

Brittney and Ryan met through a mutual friend in Jackson Hole. Their first connection? A hat, gifted to Brittney as a joke by a friend involved in Ryan’s clothing line. The rule? Only girls who could truly shred on the slopes got one. Brittney wore the hat proudly, and as fate would have it, she and Ryan crossed paths before an upcoming backcountry hut trip. “He asked me about the hat, and we instantly hit it off,” Brittney shared. Five years of adventures later, Ryan decided to pop the question. Originally, he had set his sights on a dramatic red rock desert backdrop in Utah, but unpredictable winter weather forced a change of plans. Instead, he opted for something a little more personal. As they searched for the perfect Christmas tree, Ryan surprised Brittney by getting down on one knee.
When it came time to plan their wedding, Brittney and Ryan planned an authentic Western celebration honoring the groom’s roots. Set against the backdrop of Red Rock Ranch, they embraced a refined rustic aesthetic and gathered 107 of their closest friends and family for a weekend filled with unforgettable moments. The festivities kicked off with a Friday night swing dancing party, complete with music, dancing under gazebo lights and a chuckwagon BBQ. By the time the final song played and the last pair of boots shuffled off the dance floor, it was clear…this wasn’t just a wedding, it was an experience no one would forget.

I’m really glad that amidst all the chaos of planning a wedding, I found the time to make custom jean jackets for Ryan and I for our late night outfits. I’m sort of known for this amongst our closest friends. I make jean jackets with meaning (patches, fabrics, unique hand stitching), and they are a labor of love. The his and hers disco jackets exceeded my dreams and we can’t wait to continue to wear them!

VENDORS THAT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND
Will Phelan from The Phelans was incredible. He has an organic feel and we just love his black and white imagery. You spend so much time with the photographer on your big day, so their energy and focus matters. We knew he would be incredible, but working with him exceeded our expectations!
Jake and Allison from Red Rock Ranch leaned into our vision from the very beginning. Allison called me a week before the wedding and asked "Do you want a beer burro? We've got one. His name is Festus." We thought it was so thoughtful and the perfect touch. At the end of the weekend, Allison asked me how it went. Allison and I burst into tears together as I told her it was everything I dreamed of and more.
The ceremony took place in a pasture with a red rock cliff backdrop. Brittney stunned in a silk Jenny Yoo gown, her look effortlessly completed with vintage cowboy boots and delicate Sezane jewelry. After exchanging vows, guests sipped Couloir Bar’s signature cocktails before heading to the tented reception, where Historia Florals had created a dreamy floral installation over the dancefloor and wildflowers and oil lamps lined the tabletops. As the sun set, the night took on a life of its own with their band Whiskey Mornin’ keeping the energy high with a mix of nostalgic hits and rock n ’ roll classics.
“Really honing in on what was most important to us early-on helped us in every step of the planning and budgeting process. We kept asking ourselves ‘Does this matter to our guests?’ and if the answer was no, ‘Does this matter to us? Is that founded?’ This process kept us humble and I think that sense of clarity showed through on our big day.”
“Matthew and I technically met when we were three years old. We were in the same ‘Mother’s Day Out’ class for about a year before going separate ways for school. Years later, I was reintroduced to Matthew when my friends and I started hanging out with his friends in eighth grade,” Sydney shared. The two stayed closely connected throughout high school and into their college years at the University of Texas. However, during their senior year, their friendship blossomed into something more. After five years together, Matt thoughtfully orchestrated a romantic proposal at Sheep Bridge in Teton Canyon, Idaho. Sydney reminisced, “We bundled up and made our way out into the rain along the trail, and as soon as we got to Sheep Bridge, Matthew got down on one knee in the pouring rain and popped the question. We returned to the house to find our families and dear friends there to surprise us. The festivities that night ended with a rowdy round of karaoke fueled by Espresso Martinis, truly a night I will never forget!”

We ordered custom Koozies, styrofoam cups and bucket hats as well as green light-up leis for the dance floor — all were a huge hit and made for fun pictures!
We also customized welcome bags for our guests, including snacks, waters and customized cookies from Sweet Peaks Teton Valley. Our goodies were included in customized Jackson Hole canvas totes that were awaiting our guests at check-in. We also included a customized map and welcome note hand painted by RosanneBECK Collections, that included an itinerary for the weekend and a map of all the event locations. We wanted them to know that we were thinking of them and were thankful that they had made the trip to Jackson to spend the weekend with us!

VENDORS THAT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND Lily And Company surprised us with beautiful linens with hummingbird detailings. We had discussed our love of hummingbirds in an early meeting, and they went above and beyond to find the perfect tablecloths for the event. To top it off, our paper goods team at RosanneBECK Collections created beautiful hummingbird cutouts as our escort cards. The attention to detail was immaculate and I was so happy with how everything turned out!
While I loved all of our vendors, Genevieve Catering did an amazing job. I have celiac, and they were more than accommodating to make sure that all of our catering was gluten free and delicious. It was such a painless process and it really made the weekend so special and worry free!
Similarly, Sweet Peaks Teton Valley did an incredible job on our gluten free wedding cakes. Despite having to bake gluten free, the cakes turned out fantastic, and she did a great job customizing the groom’s cake, making it center around all things Teton Valley.
With the help of wedding planner, In Any Event, Sydney and Matthew planned a traditional wedding with a Jackson twist for 170 guests at Snake River Ranch. Sydney’s gown-shopping experience was especially meaningful, as she felt the presence of her late grandmother guiding her when she selected her Mira Zwillinger gown at Neiman Marcus. These personal touches continued throughout the entire weekend, including into their reception, where the couple toasted with Sydney’s grandmother’s cherished Tiffany champagne flutes and cut their cake using a Waterford crystal knife that had been passed down for generations. The couple brought a piece of Dallas, Texas, to the mountains at their welcome party by including Topped Hats, a custom hat bar experience from their hometown surprising their guests with personalized keepsakes. After an unforgettable day celebrating beneath the Wyoming skies, the festivities continued downtown at the iconic Million Dollar Cowboy Bar. Sydney shared, “We all went downtown in our wedding gear, and although we were quite the spectacle in the bar with our bucket hats and light-up green leis, it was the perfect way to end such an amazing weekend.”
“Soak in every moment together. Everyone always says that it goes by faster than you think, and that is definitely the case. We tried our best to always stay together throughout the various events so that our memories would be of our shared experience. Plus, it helped our photographers and videographers capture special moments throughout the evening.”

Madison and Barak first met as kindergartners, growing up side-by-side all the way through high school, though it wasn’t until later that friendship turned into something more. After dating for almost a decade, Barak surprised Madison with her dream trip to Paris, France, meticulously planning every detail and tasking Madison only with packing. On their first magical night in the City of Lights, with the Eiffel Tower sparkling in the distance, Barak dropped to one knee and asked Madison to be his wife.
“Try not to separate from each other during the reception—it’s easier said than done! And make sure to attend the cocktail hour!”
Madison and Barak chose Jackson Hole for their wedding because nothing felt more like them than celebrating surrounded by the summer beauty of the mountains. They created a fun weekend for 150 family and friends to enjoy. Embracing a theme of classic elegance, Madison wore a timeless Elizabeth Fillmore bias seamed silk charmeuse slip gown, customdesigned with help from her sister-in-law and stylist at The Bold & Bridal. With Magnolia Ranch Events by their side, planning their perfect celebration was effortless. Thoughtful details like an all-black dress code, sophisticated white florals and stylish seating elevated the aesthetic, while meaningful Jewish traditions such as signing the Ketubah and an energetic “Hava Nagila” honored their heritage. The ceremony, officiated beautifully by a friend, set the tone for their heartfelt vows, and the reception kicked off perfectly when another close friend humorously introduced them by belting out Toby Keith’s “How Do You Like Me Now?!” sparking an evening of dancing and unforgettable memories.

In the summer of 2018, Carly and Colton were both attending Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. As fate would have it, they both happened to be partying in the same tent. Once they got to chatting, they realized that they were both from Chicago, Illinois, and, as the saying goes, the rest is history! A few years later, during a trip to Carly’s hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Colton planned a surprise proposal. Carly’s best friend, in on the surprise, asked them to go to brunch on Mt. Washington which overlooks the city. Instead of brunch, Colton got down on one knee and asked Carly to marry him. The surprises weren’t over though! After Carly said, “Yes!” Colton surprised her with a party including their family and friends.

Wine is a big deal to my family. We always share Ghost Block Elizabeth Rose wine for our family dinners when we are back together. It has become such a special wine to us. I reached out to the winery and explained how we couldn’t find it in Jackson. They went above and beyond and had the wines shipped in for us so our guests could enjoy our favorite red wine on our big day!! Not to mention, they sent a magnum bottle for all of our guests to sign at our Welcome Party.

Truly I can’t pick one. They all went above and beyond!! Our planner, Shelby, The White Antler, made everything so seamless and stress free. Plus she has a rental business which is a one stop shop for everything you need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! She was wonderful. Our photographer and videographer, Lexi and Caleb, were so go with the flow and made everything fun! They were both so talented and we will cherish our photos and video for life.
Carly and Colton went on to plan a destination wedding weekend in Jackson Hole for 77 guests at Diamond Cross Ranch. Set against the iconic backdrop of the majestic Grand Tetons, Carly stunned in a romantic, modern crepe gown featuring standout tulle sleeves and a delicate bodice while Colton opted for a sharp velvet tux jacket complemented by fun, personalized socks for himself and his groomsmen. During their first kiss as husband and wife, guests were treated to a jaw-dropping moment when Diamond Cross Ranch released horses into the pasture. “Everyone still talks about it,” Carly recalls. Afterwards, the DJ got the party going. “Colton and I love to dance, and having everyone we love in one place was unreal,” Carly shares. “When will we ever get a moment like that again?! Never. Nothing beats that.” To cap off the evening, everyone enjoyed nods to the couple’s Oktoberfest meeting with late-night soft pretzels.
“Biggest tip of advice is to find time throughout the busy day to have moments of peace with each other. Savor every single moment, because it’s true when they say it flies by. And if you are questioning inviting themDON’T INVITE THEM! You will be happy in the long run to trim the list. Also, weed out people’s opinions. The day isn’t about them, but it’s about you. Put your happiness first always.
Oh, and have a welcome party if you can!! It was one of our favorite nights and a way to see everyone before the big day. It helped us to talk to people so we didn’t feel as stretched thin on the day-of.”

Megan and Tyler’s story kicked off in the most modern way possible, an Instagram DM. After months of building a friendship online, Tyler made the ultimate first move, driving four and a half hours just to take her to dinner. A month later, they were officially a couple. Fast forward two years, Megan had a hunch a proposal might be coming when Tyler planned a surprise during their trip to Punta Cana, Mexico. “He said, ‘I know how important it is to you that we have good photos from our vacation, so I hired a photographer to take some on the beach,’” Megan shared. Suspicious, she texted her best friends, who played it cool. The next day, mid-photoshoot, Tyler handed her a small red leather book, the same one he had used years before to ask her to be his girlfriend. Through tears, she read his letter, then followed him down the beach, where he stood surrounded by a circle of rose petals in the sand. “He dropped to one knee, I said ‘yes,’ and we popped champagne!”

“Enjoy every single stage of your relationship, from dating to engagement to marriage. Every day is a gift and the memories you make together are the most important memories you’ll ever make. Cherish your significant other and plan for your future. Have the hard conversations early and often. Learn to communicate and support one another in all you do.”
To showcase the bold side of Jackson Hole winter weddings, planner Latham Stevens teamed up with photographer Adrian Wayment to create a striking editorial full of contrast, texture and edge. The goal? To inspire couples seeking a luxurious, fashion-forward take on winter romance. A modern and moody palette of red, gold, black and earthy neutrals set the tone for a snow-dusted love story.
Caldera House served as the ultimate alpine venue, offering both exclusivity and adventure in the heart of Teton Village. The couple donned formalwear with ski boots and hit the slopes for an unforgettable elopement moment, gliding straight from “I do” into après-ski bliss. With full suites for the wedding party, ski-in/ski-out access and intimate spaces for up to 50 guests, Caldera House effortlessly blends rugged charm with elevated hospitality. In recent years, ski elopements and adventureforward weddings have become increasingly popular, offering couples a way to celebrate their love story on their terms while still creating meaningful moments with guests. At Caldera House, the magic lies in the seamless blend of intimacy and activity. Guests can bundle up and cheer from the base, join the couple for a mountaintop toast or even ski alongside them for a once-in-a-lifetime memory. It’s a new kind of luxury! One where celebration meets adrenaline, and the line between ceremony and experience beautifully blurs.
Dinner was an ultra-chic affair with a jaw-dropping tablescape dressed in scarlet blooms, layered candlelight and modern place settings from Table Manners. A dramatic seating chart banner welcomed guests to an intimate setting where vibrant red blooms by Plush Floral stole the show. With Michelinworthy catering and a seasonal menu crafted by Caldera House, this was après done right; flirty, fiery and unforgettable.
To end the night? A vintage-inspired white cake topped with cherries, celebratory toasts in sculptural glassware and the indulgence of settling in for a snowy minimoon. From morning spa appointments to stargazing and sleigh rides, Caldera House invites couples to turn their wedding day into a full-fledged alpine escape.
