In Antwerp, you will need a Type C plug adapter to connect your U.S. flat-pin plugs to European round-pin outlets.
What plug adapter do I need for Italy?
Most gadgets guests take to Italy are dual voltage, which means they only need a power adapter. The most common plug types in Italy are C and F, with the possibility of encountering type L. However, if you are visiting Italy, it is suggested that you bring a Type C adapter as this should fit in most outlets with two or three holes.
Plug C has two round pins
Plug F has two round pins with two earth clips on the side
Plug L has three round pins
For gadgets that aren't dual voltage, a power converter (or transformer) becomes essential to adapt to the 220 to 240 volts output. Pay special attention to highpower appliances like hair dryers or styling tools, checking the manufacturer's recommendations to avoid any inconvenience during your stay.
I have utilized both Tessan and Ceptics brand found on Amazon
Power banks under 100Wh are allowed. 100Wh-160Wh require airline approval, while anything over 160Wh is prohibited.
NOTE: You must carry power banks in your hand luggage, not checked baggage, and ensure the capacity (Wh) is clearly labeled on the device. Always verify the specific rules of your airline and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) before your flight, as policies can change.
Before You Travel
Businesses you may want to notify of your dates:

To do:
Sign up for the STEP Traveler Program https://mytravel.state.gov/s/step
Don’t forget the change!
Convert a small amount to dollars to Euros for tips and daily use with your bank. You will lose money converting back to dollars. You can easily exchange additional funds in airports, train stations & banks so a conservative per day amount is recommended Credit cards are widely accepted
When exploring, free standing public restrooms may require a small fee of ¢.50¢1.00 and either feature turnstyle or have an attendant. Some interiors may be very rustic in appearance to US comparison. They can also be limited in supplies....ie toilet paper, paper towels. These facilities typically marked "WC" or "Bagno Pubblico"
Fanny packs or belt organizers are great to keep your money and important travel items close.
