BUYER BADGE: Only individuals with this badge are allowed to place orders / buy at RJO Buying Shows.
ATTENDEE BADGE: Retail members identified as “Attendee” must be employed by the member store on a regular basis. These individuals will not have buying privileges on the show floor.
CODE OF CONDUCT / INDEMNITY & RELEASE AGREEMENT
All attendees must abide by the Show Attendance Code of Conduct and each store must have an Indemnity and Release Agreement signed. This can be completed through online or mail-in registration.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you are unable to attend the show after you have already registered, you must notify the office by February 11, 2026, to avoid event charges. If you are no longer able to attend individual events you have registered for, but still plan to attend the show, you must notify the office at least five (5) business days prior to the show.
