Fall means football, and just like under the Friday night lights, this is the season where preparation, teamwork, and strategy come together to make big plays. Fourth quarter is upon us, and it’s time to execute the game plan we ’ ve been building all year

Our stores have been training hard strengthening customer relationships, developing sales teams, and fine-tuning events all in anticipation of this moment Now, it’s about moving the ball down the field and crossing that goal line with strong holiday sales and memorable customer experiences

RJO-HQ has been running its own plays this season too. October brings the return of Rock Tour always a fan favorite as well as the exciting kickoff of the very first RJO Vendor Liberty Tour. Both are incredible opportunities to travel, connect, learn, and sharpen the strategies that will keep you ahead of the competition

As we huddle up and drive into the busiest time of the year, remember: the work you ’ ve put in all season long has prepared you for this Keep your eyes on the end zone, lean on your team, and let’s make this fourth quarter one to remember

GIA COLORED STONE GRADING & PEARL GRADING LABS

RJO is very excited to have partnered with GIA and the Jewelers Mutual Group to bring the GIA Colored Stone Grading Lab and Pearl Grading Lab to the Midwest Currently only offered in New York or Carlsbad, this opportunity, exclusive to RJO retailers, offers a central location to host these popular courses RJO vendor, Jewelers Mutual, has graciously offered to host the course in their facility, located in Neenah, WI These labs will be facilitated by a GIA Instructor.
