Whereas, the exhibitor has arranged to exhibit certain merchandise at a jewelry trade show being sponsored by RJO, Inc. Whereas, it is specifically understood by the exhibitor, it exhibits said property of its own risk, and that neither RJO, Inc., or any of its employees, agents or subcontractors have any responsibility for protecting said property from theft, loss or damage of any kind. Now therefore, the exhibitor specifically states that it will be responsible for the property it exhibits at all times and it specifically assumes any and all liability for loss or damage of any kind or nature to said property arising out of exhibition of said property at the trade show. It is further understood and agreed that the exhibitor will provide, at its own expense, insurance to cover any such loss or damage to said exhibited property. The exhibitor also specifically agrees to indemnify and save harmless RJO, Inc, its employees, agents and independent contractors and the owner(s) or person(s) in control of the property where the trade show is to be held, from any and all claims, actions or causes of action that might be asserted for any loss or damage to said exhibited property. The exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the above listed venue and RJO, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any actions, losses, costs, damages, claims and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from any damages to property or bodily injury to exhibitor, his agents, representatives, employees by reason of the exhibitors occupancy or use of the exhibitor facilities.
BY EXHIBITING AT A RJO SHOW, YOU ALSO AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
BUYING HOURS
All vendors must remain “open to buy” during RJO show buying hours.
Merchandise must be displayed for members to view. Only merchandise approved and included in the RJO agreement may be displayed.
Vendors may not leave the buying show early unless previously authorized by RJO management. Those violating any show requirements may incur a penalty of $500 as decided by the executive committee.
Religious commitments honored without penalty.

Return deadline is Tuesday, March 10th, 2026
Failure to return sheet (even if no sales) will result in point deduction at the next show attended. Only submit the original sales sheets emailed to you, do not return your company’s sales report.
SALES SHEETS ARE REQUIRED AFTER EVERY SHOW! FAILURE TO TURN IN WILL RESULT IN POINT DEDUCTIONS AT THE NEXT BUYING SHOW




LATE REGISTRATION POLICY
Any show registrations after the registration deadline will have to go through approval by the Board of Directors.
No points under the "Registration and Payment" category will be rewarded towards booth placement . Approved registrations after the cutoff will incur a $1,000 non-refundable late fee. Absolutely no registrations, late or otherwise, will be approved after Friday, January 23, 2026.
VENDOR CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

If you are unable to attend the show after you have already registered, you must notify the the RJO office four (4) weeks prior to event, to avoid full event charges. You will still incur a non-exhibitor fee of $2,500 after cancellation. Failure to attend a show without notifying staff will result in a point deduction and possible fine. Please also notify the office at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the show if show staff will be unable to attend individual events you may have registered for.
Per your agreement with RJO, the following will not be excused. Show cancellations, pending medical or family emergencies, less than four weeks prior to the show will not be refunded.
Staffing, cash flow issues and/or overlapping show decisions will not be considered as an exemption from the policy.
If registered, and cancel more than four weeks prior to the show, 50% of fees paid will be retained or a $2,500 exhibitor cancellation fee will be assessed, whichever is greater.

3.No temporary, non-RJO affiliated person may work in a booth, includes non-RJO retail member store employees.
4.If an independent contractor, a Letter of Permission must be received from the principal/owner regarding his/her role and purpose.
5.If proper ID is not presented, RJO CEO or Board Member must approve.
6.All show fees must be paid in full no later than two weeks before the show, or access to the show floor will be denied.

Guest Badges: Criteria to receive a guest badge:
1.Name for guest badge must be submitted two-weeks prior to show start.
2.Reason for requesting a guest badge must be given in writing.
3.Prospective retail stores must be pre-approved by the Membership Coordinator and also the CEO at least two weeks prior to show. The prospective retail member would be accompanied by the Membership Coordinator on the show floor for a designated amount of time.
4.No one affiliated with a non-RJO retail or vendor member is permitted on the show floor unless family member.
5.Previous members of RJO, retail or vendor that want to attend the show to see old friends, are not allowed to attend.
6 Guest badges issued on site will need to be approved by RJO CEO or Board Member.

Buyer Badge:
1.Only individuals with this badge are allowed to place orders/buy at RJO Buying Shows.
2.RJO member store must be in good standing. If account is delinquent, admittance to the show floor will not be permitted.
3.Must be employed by the member store on a regular basis.
4.Must have a business card, new employees included.
5.Previous RJO members cannot be included on a member store’s attendee list unless employed by that store. *Exception if guest badges are permitted.
Attendee Badge:
6 Retail members identified as “Attendee” must be employed by the member store on a regular basis. These individuals will not have buying privileges on the show floor and will not be permitted to make purchases with vendors.
7 RJO member store must be in good standing. If the account is delinquent, admittance to the show floor will not be permitted.
8.Must have business card, new employees included. Any vendor or retail member violating badge policy will be reviewed by the RJO Board of Directors and may be subject to removal from the exhibit hall and from RJO membership

Jeweler's Jackpot
Here’s how it works:
Jackpot amount to be determined by number of participating vendors!
At registration retailers will receive a raffle ticket to fill out for a chance to win.
Winner will be drawn in the lounge area at NOON on Monday, February 23rd, 2025.
Once the winner is drawn and announced, the retailer will come to the registration desk to claim their certificate and their receive a special “Sale Sheet” featuring only the participating vendors. The winning retailer must spend their winnings the last few hours of the show with participating vendor(s).

Here’s how it works:
(1) Bingo sheet per store registration, provided in Retailer’s Registration Packet.
RJO will provide a list of BINGO games (ie. four-corners, standard bingo, “X” or “Black-out”) and # of “tickets” earned for each of the games with distributed cards, to retailers. Retailers will try to collect your stamps throughout the entire buying show. To earn your stamp, retailers will need to complete a task specified by our participating vendors.
Retailers will receive earned number of tickets, and tickets will need to be placed in the treasure chest for a drawing. The retail member(s) whose ticket is drawn, will receive a travel voucher to be used towards the 2026 Lexington show
Amount of voucher(s) will be based on vendor participation and number(s) and value will be announced prior to show.
Jeweler’s card MUST be turned in to RJO registration NO later than 12:00PM on Monday February 23, 2026 to participate.





Winner(s) will be announced after the Jeweler Jackpot. Winner must be present at show on Monday.
