Realty Executives Integrity embraces family and is very team friendly! It shows with the many family teams we have established at our Brokerage, and that’s why we LOVE Husband & Wife Teams! One of the most recent additions has been the creation of The Nieves Realty Team, a husband & wife partnership of Malcolm and Donielle Nieves.
Malcolm began his real estate career under the mentorship of Dionne Barnes, and has completed many classes offered through our Path to Success training program. He’s a consistent learner, always seeking wise counsel for ways to grow his business. When Malcolm’s wife Donielle made the decision to join her husband in business, they took the opportunity to form their own family team - The Nieves Family Team!
On a personal level, Malcom and Donielle are busy parents, nurturing their three boys: Isaac (10); Alexander (4); and Solomon (1). Faith & Family are central themes for the Nieves’ Family, and Malcolm and Donielle lead with integrity and humility. We anticipate those young men will someday become part of this dynamic team, and we’re looking forward to helping them launch their careers too!

Creamy Chicken Corn Chilli

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 poblano peppers, diced
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. kosher salt, plus more to taste
Black pepper, to taste
5 c. low-sodium chicken broth
4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
4 c. shredded rotisserie chicken
1 15-ounce can white beans, drained and rinsed
2 c. corn kernels, thawed if frozen
Sliced scallions, tortilla chips, sliced jalapeños, and lime wedges, for serving

S T E P 2
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and poblanos and cook until softened, 4 to 5 minutes.
S T E P 3
Add the cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt and a few grinds of pepper and stir to fully combine. Cook the spices until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes.
S T E P 4
Add the chicken broth to the pot and increase the heat to high. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer until the broth reduces slightly, 8 to 10 minutes.
S T E P 5
Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the cream cheese until fully combined.
Add the chicken, beans and corn to the pot. Taste and add more salt and pepper as needed. Serve with scallions, tortilla chips, jalapeños and lime wedges.
