His passion for real estate led him to Little Real Estate as Head of Growth before joining InvestorKit. James is committed to helping people achieve financial freedom through property.

Paul is the founder of Kando Martial Arts and a 6th-degree karate black belt with multiple certifications and Hall of Fame inductions. He served 17 years with Victoria Police in operational roles, conflict management, and hostage negotiation. Holding diplomas in Sports Coaching and Sports Management, Paul combines expertise in martial arts and law enforcement.
