Congratulations!

CONGRATULATIONS!

What a wonderful three weeks – HX2025 in Johannesburg, South Africa then a week later in Christchurch, New Zealand and then a week after that on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia! Three simply outstanding events – over 2,500 Harcourts team members came together to learn, to recognise and to celebrate – and that we did!

Our speaker line up this year was exceptional – Harcourts Foundation golf tournaments, awesome networking parties and of course the awards nights were very special. The central stage was a new initiative that really did make a huge difference. Innovation, trying new things, adapting is all part of the Hunter focus – lifting and driving harder than ever before will define our success over the next year!

Congratulations to Cameron Bailey – number one sales consultant for both Harcourts New Zealand and for the group internationally. Another outstanding year – Cam, you really are an inspiration! At a time when markets have been challenging and changeable, you have continued to set the standard and stay focussed on what you do best – and your team is next level! Well done.

A special congratulations to Kevin and Andrea Deane, inducted into the Harcourts International Hall of Fame at the New Zealand HX. A very special couple who have contributed so much to the group over the years. And of course Carmen Briggs, inducted into the International Hall of Fame at the Australian HX. A really special lady celebrating 20 years with Harcourts this year – what a contribution she has made. Thank you to both – the Group is only strong and special because of the wonderful people who are a part of it.

Congratulations to Pat Ivey, number one consultant in Australia and Michael Pashley, number one sales consultant in South Africa. A special congratulations to John and Lynette McFadden and Chris Kennedy of Harcourts Papanui - number one office internationally for Harcourts and to Martin, Mitch, Rob and Andrew at Cooper & Co – number one franchise for the Group – another spectacular result given the tough market. As I said opening the NZ and Australian HX events, there is no doubt we have the best foundation of any real estate group – our purpose, our values and our vision, we have the best platform of any real estate group – and we most definitely have the best people! Our clients tell us so. Most

Trusted Real Estate brand in NZ again – 13th year in a row!

I also said we must “find our signal in the noise” – at a time when there is so much noise, as well as so much sameness in the real estate industry, being able to stand out, to differentiate is going to be critical to our success in the next few years.

We start by being authentic. People want to connect with real people –genuine people – our clients want to feel that connection and work with people that do what they say they will, that are honest, that really do care about helping them achieve their goals and objectives. They want to deal with authentic people.

We also need to adapt to the changing environment. People’s expectations and beliefs have shifted over the last few years quite dramatically. I believe the opportunity for us is to shift our focus from being a ‘salesperson’ to being an ‘advisor’. An advisor is a trusted expert, they protect and empower their clients, their clients seek them out – if we take a longer term view and simply focus on providing information, support, resources and help, we can position ourselves away from the rest of the industry and truly become trusted advisors.

We are already seen as a trusted brand, let’s double down on that advantage and differentiate ourselves in the eyes of our clients.

I’m really excited and looking forward to an awesome year ahead. There is no doubt we are at the beginning of the next market upswing - interest rates falling, confidence improving, more stock coming to market all point to a strong year ahead!

Thank you for everything you do that allows this Group to continue to achieve the wonderful impact that we do on so many lives.

WORKPLACE WELLBEING FROM REACTIVE TO PROACTIVE SUPPORT

In recent years, workplace wellbeing has shifted from a “nice-tohave” to a core organisational priority. With rising awareness of the impact that mental health, stress, and burnout have on team member performance, retention, and overall satisfaction, employers are being called upon to move from reactive to proactive support models.

No longer is it enough to simply offer counselling services or EAP programs after a crisis has occurred. Today’s leading organisations are embedding wellbeing into their everyday culture, anticipating challenges, supporting early intervention, and promoting healthy behaviours before issues escalate. We’ve even begun seeing laws passed here in New Zealand and Australia but also around the world putting a legal burden on employers to proactively identify potential mental health issues and manage the risks involved.

This shift is especially critical in high-pressure industries like real estate, where long hours, fluctuating incomes, and emotionally charged client interactions can take a toll on even the most resilient professionals. Proactively supporting team members in this environment about doing the right thing, but it’s also becoming essential for sustainable business success.

I’m proud to say that a lot of the hard work has already been done and Harcourts is proud to introduce the Harcourts RealCare App—a dedicated wellbeing app designed by real estate professionals, for real estate professionals and their families.

The Harcourts RealCare app is a free, evidence-based health and wellbeing tool that empowers our team members to take charge of their mental, physical, and financial health. It helps our teams develop sustainable healthy lifestyle habits, navigate stressful situations, and regain emotional control when challenges arise.

With features that allow Harcourts team members to track their wellbeing over time, access guided stress-management tools, and manage their finances through the in-app Real Budget feature, Harcourts RealCare puts proactive support directly into the hands of every team member. And if someone needs additional help, the app connects them with the right support quickly and easily.

Developed in partnership with The Rise Initiative and Utility Creative, and shaped by feedback from real estate professionals across Australia and New Zealand, Harcourts RealCare is the exact tool you need to implement proactive wellbeing support into your business. It’s also a commitment from us as an organisation to making the wellbeing of our team members a daily focus, not a crisis response.

As the nature of work evolves, so too must our approach to supporting the people behind it. The Harcourts RealCare app is here to help you do just that. Find it in the Apple and GooglePlay app stores by searching for ‘Harcourts Realcare’ or by scanning one of the QR codes attached to this article.

CARMEN BRIGGS INDUCTED INTO HARCOURTS HALL OF FAME

Carmen Briggs from Harcourts Property Centre, The Gap, has been inducted into the prestigious Harcourts Hall of Fame for 2025. For those who know Carmen, this recognition comes as no surprise given her exceptional journey with Harcourts that began in 2005 when she joined the Alderley office.

Starting with Rookie of the Year honours, Carmen has consistently demonstrated the kind of excellence and dedication that defines the Harcourts brand. Over her 20 years with Harcourts, she has achieved some truly impressive milestones: 18 out of 20 years in the top 10 agents nationally, making her the only Australian agent to achieve this consistency. She has generated over $800 million in sales throughout her career, making her the highest volume individual performer in Harcourts Australia’s history. Additionally, Carmen has mentored and trained over 80 salespeople, many of whom have gone on to build their own successful careers.

What makes Carmen special isn’t just the numbers, though they’re certainly impressive. It’s her genuine investment in the success of those around her and her unwavering belief in doing the right thing for clients and colleagues alike.

Carmen’s story is one of determination and authenticity. Born in Mt Isa and raised on the Sunshine Coast, she brought values instilled by her parents Ken and Julie - “Be kind, not correct,” “Make every waking moment count,” and “Do the right thing” - into everything she does. Before joining the real estate industry, Carmen made her mark in the technology sector, holding senior positions including Queensland Customer Services Manager at McDonnell Douglas Information Technologies and Chief Operations Officer roles at Mandalay and Markinson Technologies. Her frustration with poor customer service in real estate during her own property investments ultimately led her to make the career change that brought her to Harcourts.

Her dedication extends beyond real estate too. As a Justice of the Peace for 17 years, Carmen has consistently given back to her community, demonstrating the social responsibility that aligns perfectly with Harcourts company values.

Carmen’s success is also a testament to the strength of her team. Working alongside Helga Hartzer, Troy Darlington, Sophie Hynes, Paige Helsen, Anika Shutte, Cara Foley, and Luke Windley, she has built something truly

special. In 2024, Team Carmen joined forces with Harcourts Property Centre under the leadership of Aaron Brooks, Sam Devlin, and Nathan O’Neill - a partnership that’s already showing great promise.

Carmen’s induction into the Hall of Fame is more than just individual recognition - it’s a reminder of what’s possible when someone truly embodies the Harcourts values. Her consistency, mentorship, and commitment to excellence set a standard that others can aspire to. In an industry where agents are constantly being courted by competitors, Carmen’s 20-year loyalty to Harcourts speaks volumes about her belief in what the company is building.

KEVIN & ANDREA DEANE INDUCTED INTO HARCOURTS HALL OF FAME

Kevin and Andrea Deane have been inducted into the prestigious Harcourts Hall of Fame, marking a remarkable milestone in their distinguished careers with the company. With almost 55 years of dedicated service to Harcourts between them, this power couple has built an extraordinary legacy in New Zealand’s real estate industry.

Kevin’s journey with Harcourts began in October 1995, while Andrea joined the team in September 2000. Together, they have created something truly special in the Waikato region, establishing themselves as leaders not just in sales, but in community building and mentorship.

Kevin’s path to real estate was anything but conventional. Born in Waiuku, his family moved to Waitara in Taranaki, then to Whanganui in 1973. After attending Flock House Agricultural and Farm Training School in Bulls in 1984, Kevin worked in dairy farming in the Waikato and even spent weekends DJing at the Governors Tavern in Hamilton. He transitioned from farming to selling John Deere tractors before finding his true calling in real estate with Harcourts.

Andrea’s story began in Huntly, where she grew up on a dairy farm that instilled in her an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. Her early career included roles at the Huntly Power Site office and Auto Electrical, but it was during her time at Trust Bank Waikato that her leadership abilities truly flourished. Rising from Teller to Branch Manager and later North Island Trainer, Andrea demonstrated the natural leadership skills that would serve her so well in real estate.

The couple married in December 1996, and their professional partnership began when Andrea joined Kevin at Harcourts four years later. In 2002, they took a significant step forward by founding Kevin Deane Real Estate, purchasing their first Harcourts franchise in Morrinsville. Their expansion was strategic and successful - Cambridge in 2006, Matamata in 2007, and Putaruru in the years that followed. Today, their business stands as a well-respected name firmly rooted in the key farming communities of the Waikato’s “golden triangle”.

Kevin has consistently been recognised as a top performer, featuring in the Harcourts New Zealand Top 20 and as the Top New Zealand Rural & Lifestyle sales consultant. In the Central Region, he has been in the Top 20 twelve times since 2001 and has been recognised as the region’s Top Rural & Lifestyle sales consultant four times. Beyond individual achievements, Kevin has been a long-standing and highly valued

member of the Harcourts Franchise Council, contributing thoughtful insight and experience that have helped shape the wider business. He has also been an active participant and generous host within the Rural Cell Group for the Central Region, regularly welcoming fellow rural team members onto his own home farm to foster collaboration and shared success.

Andrea has proven to be the backbone of their operation - a steady, trusted force and the go-to person for advice and support. Her calm leadership and deep knowledge make her indispensable to the team’s success. Always proactive and solutions-focused, Andrea is quick to adopt new systems and plays a key role in implementing change smoothly across the business. She has consistently provided Harcourts with valuable, well-considered feedback that has shaped key initiatives, most recently being instrumental in the Vault pilot and the integration of Xero with Vault.

Kevin and Andrea’s success extends beyond business metrics. As proud parents to Jack, born in 2001, and Ellie, born in 2003, they have passed on their values of hard work, integrity and compassion to the next generation. Their family remains the cornerstone of everything they do, and their ability to balance family, farm and a demanding career demonstrates their resilience and dedication.

Their commitment to community is equally impressive. Whether it’s Kevin stepping in to save the local newspaper, supporting the Harcourts Foundation, dedicating countless hours to Rotary causes, or bidding on items at local charity auctions, the couple believes in creating opportunities and making a difference wherever they can.

The Deane offices are known for feeling like family, with those who work with them experiencing the sense of care and belonging that Kevin and Andrea instil in their culture. As their former business partner John Petry noted, “Kevin can talk the leg off a tin bath and Andrea’s advice is nothing short of gold-plated.” Their complementary strengths have created a dynamic partnership that has propelled them to the top of their field.

Kevin and Andrea Deane’s induction into the Harcourts Hall of Fame recognises their embodiment of the Harcourts values with purpose and conviction, both in their personal and professional lives. They have had a lasting impact on the organisation and serve as shining examples of what’s possible when passion meets perseverance.

AWARD WINNERS

SOLD! HARCOURTS AUCTIONEERS SWEEP

THE PODIUM AT AUSTROS 2025

Harcourts is celebrating a double triumph after two of its standout auctioneers claimed top honours at the prestigious AUSTROS 2025 Australasian Auctioneering Championships, held this year in Adelaide, South Australia.

Mark McGoldrick, from Harcourts Monarch Real Estate –Hamilton, has been named Australasia’s Top Auctioneer, taking out the elite title in a fiercely competitive final against the best auctioneers from across New Zealand and every Australian state. Meanwhile, rising talent Tama Emery, from Harcourts New Age –Papakura, took out the Novice Division, securing a clean sweep for Harcourts and New Zealand.

The AUSTROS, hosted by the Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA), is the most prestigious event on the Australasian auctioneering calendar, showcasing exceptional skill, speed, legal acumen, and performance under pressure. McGoldrick, already a multi-award-winning auctioneer and reigning LVD Auction Champion, delivered a masterclass in control, clarity and charisma throughout the competition. Facing intense challenges designed to test even the most seasoned professionals, including complex bidding scenarios and curveball distractions, his performance stood out among the five finalists at the iconic Adelaide Oval.

Equally impressive was Tama Emery, who, despite being new to the auction stage, wowed judges in the Rising Star Division with

his poise, precision, and natural talent, securing runner-up in his heat and ultimately taking the top novice title.

Bryan Thomson, Managing Director of Harcourts New Zealand, praised the winners. “Mark and Tama’s outstanding performances at AUSTROS are a true reflection of the depth of talent within Harcourts. This competition is a benchmark for excellence in our profession, and both wins fill me with immense pride.”

Shane Cortese, Harcourts New Zealand’s National Auction Manager, also acknowledged the high level of competition.

“The past few days in Adelaide have been nothing short of extraordinary. AUSTROS showcases the very best our industry has to offer, and both Mark and Tama rose to the occasion. Their success is not just a personal triumph; it’s a win for the entire Harcourts network.”

The AUSTROS Championships not only celebrate excellence but also raise the bar for auctioneering across Australasia. With this year’s double win, Harcourts has firmly cemented its place at the top of the auction world.

ADD VALUE & YOU’LL BECOME INVALUABLE

Be the signal through the noise

‘Choices, not chances, determine your destiny’ was just one of the powerful proverbs shared on stage at HX25 by Gilbert Enoka NZOM.

For those in the room, this would have been just one of the many things you’ll have walked away with, hoping that it’ll materialise into action on your return to the office. There was lots of great advice at HX25, as there was at the 1000 Watt Marketing & Branding Conference which I had the fortune of attending in Dallas in April.

But for all the wonderful wisdoms shared at both events, what is, or will be the one thing that makes a difference for you this year and beyond?

I don’t have the stats for the world, but in 2024 it was reported that Australia has 46,305 real estate businesses (offices) in operation. By way of comparison, McDonald’s has 36,889 restaurants in the world – of which about 2%, or 1,053 restaurants operate in Australia. And here I was thinking that McDonald’s had the fast-food market saturated with a restaurant in every suburb…when in fact it’s about 6% of all suburbs in Australia.

Staying in Australia and applying a real estate lens on the addressable ‘sellers’ market, there are approx. 11.29 million dwellings with a market value of approx. $11.3 trillion dollars (Source: Core Logic). In CY2024, it was reported that there were 723,312 properties which exchanged, which gives us about 6.4% of all available dwellings that transacted for the year. When we then look at what this means for ‘people in real estate mode’ - or sellers - this means that on average, there was a real estate solution for every 30 sellers on the market!

If you’re in a tight market or if you’re in a growing market, what is setting you apart to be the choice, not a choice?

You’ll often here our corporate marketing team talk ad nauseam about doing the basics well – whether that being using the brand management platform to build on brand campaigns, to sign-up and use the hundreds of assets within our Canva Enterprise environment, connect to DigitalMaas or use Harcourts REACH as the VPA property marketing solution – we do so, because we want to give you the best chance to be the choice.

Choices, not chances, determine your

destiny

Having these basics done well, religiously will help you stand out in an oversaturated competitive landscape, achieve success and help others do the same.

In a world where sold stickers on signboards, recent suburb or street sales, comparable sales, suburb profiles, trackable property estimates or values are available at the click of a button, value looks different these days. And when it comes to real estate, as one of the most valuable single transactions of someone’s lifetime, being authentic, credible, honest and trustworthy doesn’t cost a cent or require AI’s intervention to speed things up, it just needs you.

Sure, do property marketing videos but give people an insight into things that make each property unique. This will create a stronger emotional connection to the property. Or what if your market update was more about the feedback you had on the properties you were showing. This gives people real time feedback on what people loved which may motivate others to give you a call.

Extinction and irrelevance are the same destination, so in an oversaturated market like real estate, it’s time to make a choice.

Start connecting on a human level not a functional, numbers only level. Authentic storytelling where you’re catering to client’s anxieties and aspirations will always be the trump card to any attempt to join the thousands of others screaming “buy now” as their preferred pitch.

When it comes to real estate brand choices, Harcourts is unmatched for its vision, values and purpose which is celebrated through our We make it possible brand platform, so whether you simply start by using what exists today, or simply using the brand position as a platform that authentically allows you to stay being more vulnerable, empathetic, relevant and ultimately valuable, what are you waiting for?

The real estate market is saturated, but that doesn’t mean you can’t win. Become a signal people want to follow today – the choice is yours.

OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS IN CLIENT EXPERIENCE

The Harcourts International Awards – Client Experience category celebrates exceptional service delivery across the global network, with winners determined by the highest Net Promoter Scores (NPS). In cases where scores were tied, the award went to the office or individual with the greater number of responses, and in rare instances of continued ties, the winner was determined by the highest number of 10/10 ratings.

Individual Excellence on the Global Stage

Taking the top honour in the Individual category, Sam Osborn from Harcourts Adelaide Hills (above) in Australia demonstrated exceptional client service that earned him the highest NPS score internationally. Following closely behind in second place was Tim Lojszczyk from Harcourts Newcastle & Hunter Valley, also representing Australia's commitment to outstanding client experiences.

Both winners exemplify the dedication to client satisfaction that drives success in the competitive real estate market, with their achievements reflecting consistent delivery of service that exceeds client expectations.

Office Category Celebrates Historic First

The Office category delivered a particularly significant milestone, with Harcourts Zululand in South Africa (above right) claiming first place—marking the first time a South African office has won an Harcourts International Client Experience Award in either category. This historic achievement demonstrates the growing strength and client focus of the South African market within the global network.

Harcourts St Helens in Australia secured second place in the Office category, continuing Australia's strong representation in the international awards programme.

The international nature of this year's winners—spanning Australia and South Africa—highlights the global commitment to exceptional client service standards across diverse markets and cultures. Harcourts Zululand's groundbreaking achievement particularly demonstrates how focused attention to client experience can elevate performance to world-class levels.

Congratulations to all winners for their outstanding achievements in delivering exceptional client experiences.

HX 2025 ONE NETWORK, ONE STANDARD, ONE STEP AHEAD

HX 2025 was a defining moment for Harcourts across Australasia and South Africa —three countries, one brand, and a shared commitment to leadership at the highest level. Delivered within weeks of each other, our South African, Australian and New Zealand events stood as a united front: not as three separate conferences, but as one aligned leadership experience that reflected the strength, scale, and soul of our network.

HX SA, AUS & NZ delivered on our promise to grow great people. The content was bold, relevant, and purpose-driven. Across all three events, we tackled real estate market intelligence, leadership in fast-moving environments, and the future of work. Our keynotes brought global thinking to local challenges, while breakout sessions dug deep into core areas—trust-building with clients, marketing tech that delivers, property management momentum, and leading high-performing businesses in a changing world.

What set HX 2025 apart was how consistently it delivered while still allowing each location to bring its unique perspective. We saw the best of all worlds: Australia driving industry scale and innovation, New Zealand grounding the conversation in cultural integrity and values-based leadership while South Africa continued the growth in pride and connection. When viewed together, these events reflected exactly who we are at Harcourts—proudly local, boldly global, and relentlessly focused on the future.

A shared innovation across all events was the introduction of real-time event feedback. These tools gave our

leadership teams live visibility on delegate engagement, movement, and content impact, helping us make smarter decisions on the ground and shaping how we design events in the future. This is how we lead events at Harcourts: with purpose, with data, and always with the attendee experience in mind.

HX 2025 proved that aligned ambition delivers far more than uniform execution. It delivered a single, shared standard and a leadership experience that reflected our entire Harcourts network's depth, strength, and vision.

HX isn’t just an event. It’s a leadership accelerator, a brand amplifier, and a cultural milestone.

And if HX 2025 indicates where we’re going next, we’re exactly where we need to be.

NEW ZEALAND UPDATE

New Zealand update, HX 2025

HX 2025, held on 19/20 May, brought together over 800 team members from New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and South Africa for two days of inspiring keynotes, practical learning, and well-deserved recognition. With an outstanding line-up of speakers, energising workshops and networking opportunities, the event has been hailed by Managing Director Bryan Thomson as “the best Harcourts conference to date and the pinnacle real estate event in New Zealand.”

One of the most memorable moments of the conference was the induction of Kevin and Andrea Deane, business owners of Kevin Deane Real Estate in Waikato, into the prestigious Harcourts Hall of Fame. Kevin encouraged young professionals to dream big, saying, “Anything is possible with hard work and determination.” Andrea reflected on the role of family in their journey, acknowledging her parents’ support as the foundation for their success: “It was with their help that Kevin and I were able to fulfil so many of our dreams.”

Attendees were inspired by a world-class speaker line-up, including internationally renowned mind-power coach Robin Banks from South Africa, entrepreneur and bestselling author Phil M Jones from the USA, performance mentor Mark Dobson from Australia, Kiwi author and motivational speaker Lisa O’Neill, Australian Paralympian Curtis McGrath, and The Attention Agency CEO Tina Comrie. The Q&A sessions, workshops and panel discussions created valuable opportunities for shared learning and connection.

Congratulations once again to all winners and nominees. Your determination, commitment, and passion continue to set the standard across our industry.

On Sunday 18 May, the HX Charity Golf Day teed off with great spirit and generosity, raising $1,800 for the Harcourts Foundation, thanks to the support of our business partner, Stuff. The giving didn’t stop there. At the National Awards Dinner, Suzy Bray, Business Owner of Harcourts Blue Fern Realty, placed the winning $9,000 bid in the Harcourts Foundation charity auction for a media package generously donated by our partner OneRoof. Together, these moments of generosity reflect the heart of our Harcourts community and will go a long way in supporting Kiwis in need.

In summary, HX 2025 was more than just a conference, it was a powerful celebration of the people and values that set Harcourts apart. From moving moments of recognition to world-class speakers and an incredible fundraising effort, the event left attendees energised and proud to be part of something bigger. It showcased the very

best of who we are: a team united by purpose, driven by community, and committed to raising the bar in everything we do. With renewed momentum and shared ambition, the year ahead is already off to an inspiring start, in large thanks to the spirit of HX 2025 and the incredible business partners realestate.co.nz and Spark who sponsored the event. Property Management Update

Honouring the best in Property Management

It was great to see the PM network from across NZ descend upon HX25.

A standout moment of the action packed two day event was our dedicated Property Management Workshop, where international speaker Lauren Parsons took the stage. Her keynote on the “3 C’s of Customer Service” Confidence, Composure, and Communication and she left a lasting impression. Her message was clear - the way we make people feel is what truly differentiates exceptional property managers from the rest.

The workshop continued with a dynamic panel discussion featuring Harcourts leaders and business partners.

While the learning and insights were invaluable, the real highlight was the Harcourts National Awards Dinner, where we came together to celebrate the incredible individuals and teams who go above and beyond every day. Whether it’s resolving complex tenancies or managing outstanding arrears records, these professionals are setting the gold standard for property management.

We’re proud to announce this year’s standouts in property management:

• Top National Property Manager

Harriet Dishington, Accommodation Centre

• Top National Office

Property Management Excellence – Accommodation Centre

• Top National Property Management POD

Hayley Mason & Carina Baxter, Accommodation Centre

While the excellence awards are the ultimate recognition, we also want to applaud our winners in the Revenue, Growth, and Business Development categories:

• Top National Business Development Manager for Property Management – Lynne Cawthorn, Holmwood Real Estate

• Top National Office – Property Management – Highest RevenueMonarch Realty

• Top National Office – Property Management Business Development - Landed Property Group

• Top National Office – Property Management Organic GrowthLanded Property Group

We have just passed the huge milestone of 1 July 2025, which means that going forward in New Zealand, all private rental properties must comply with the Healthy Homes Standards. A huge congratulations to the entire Harcourts NZ property management network who have worked so diligently to get their properties over the line before this date.

Whilst coming up later this month, on Friday 25 July we get to celebrate our people on National Property Manager’s Day. Please take some time to thank your property managers for their hard work and dedication to providing the finest experience to their landlords and tenants, day after day. Thank you for being the absolute best in the business. Keep up the incredible work!

A remarkable season of auction excellence

Over the past few months, Harcourts has proudly taken centre stage on both the national and international auctioneering circuit and what a season it’s been.

At the LVD Auctioneering Championships in Queenstown (9–11 March), Harcourts showcased the exceptional depth of talent in our network. Congratulations to:

• Premier Division Winner

Mark McGoldrick, Harcourts Monarch, Hamilton

• Budding Star Winner

Jack Sumich, Harcourts Property Ventures, Alexandra Park

Our strong showing continued at the REINZ New Zealand Auctioneering Championships in Auckland (7-8 April). Celebrating its 25th year, this prestigious competition saw:

• Tama Emery, Harcourts New Age – Papakura named Runner-up – Rising Star Division

• Steph Bradley, Harcourts Team Group – Wellington named Runner-up – Open Division

• Mark McGoldrick, Harcourts Monarch– Hamilton taking Third Place – Premier Division

With 20 Harcourts competitors representing us from across the country, we proudly demonstrated not only our skill but our commitment to auctioneering as a cornerstone of our business.

From REINZ to AUSTROS 2025 in Adelaide (13-15 May), we celebrated an extraordinary double win:

• Mark McGoldrick was crowned Australasia’s Top Auctioneer

• Tama Emery claimed the Novice Division title

Competing against the very best from both New Zealand and Australia, Mark and Tama delivered exceptional performances that truly raised the bar. Read more on page 12.

Our final highlight of the season was the Harcourts Auctioneer Competition, where the best from within our network went head-tohead in a tightly contested event. I’m thrilled to congratulate:

• Auctioneer of the Year

Mark McGoldrick, Monarch, Hamilton

• Most Promising Auctioneer of the Year

Maria Rosa, Highland Real Estate, Queenstown

To all our competitors – your hard work, dedication, and courage to perform under pressure has made this one of the most successful auction seasons in Harcourts history.

Auctions in the 2025 market

As we commence the new financial year, auction performance has remained steady and continues to be a cornerstone of your business. While overall volumes are slightly down compared to the same period last year, the market remains resilient.

One clear trend we’ve seen across the board is the significant uplift in clearance rates when there is at least one engaged bidder present. Over the first two months of the financial year, clearance rates increased by an average of 30–34.5% in these scenarios. This reinforces a key takeaway: actively working with buyers with the same intensity and commitment applied to vendors is critical to driving unconditional sales and delivering clarity and certainty for sellers on auction day.

AUSTRALIA UPDATE

Connection, Consistency, Curiosity

At Harcourts Australia, our culture is our compass. It thrives on connection, is fortified by consistency, and ignited by curiosity. These guiding principles were on full display during the unforgettable International HX Conferences in May, and they continue to shape our direction on every level.

Looking to the future, we are steadfast in our commitment to enhancing connections within our network. By fostering a culture of collaboration and support, we empower growth for all. Consistency in our strategies and standards remains at the heart of our success, ensuring stability and trust as we continue to deliver exceptional experiences.

We are also nurturing curiosity and innovation across the business, enabling us to anticipate change and rise as leaders, not followers, in the dynamic Australian real estate market. Being proactive is not just a mindset at Harcourts; it is a mandate. To be the hunter, not the hunted, requires focus, courage, and a shared vision for continuous improvement.

Of course, none of this is possible without our incredible people. That’s why investing in employee development and growth remains a top priority. Their dedication, coupled with our partnership-focused culture, truly sets us apart.

Beyond real estate, we are proud to deepen our commitment to serving our community. Through the Harcourts Foundation, our latest partnership with Backpack Bed for Homeless reflects our values of putting people first, doing the right thing, and being a constant positive force in the lives of those we serve.

BY FOSTERING A CULTURE OF COLLABORATION AND SUPPORT, WE EMPOWER GROWTH FOR ALL.”

The road ahead is full of promise, and by staying true to our values of connection, consistency, and curiosity, we will continue to lead with vision and purpose.

Our PM CX Program, powered by Ask Nicely, is in full swing. We have over 40 offices across the country participating and the results provide incredible insights into our current service delivery levels and where we can improve. Our current NPS for property management nationally is 58.8, which places us in the ‘excellent’ category. World class is considered above 70 so we know where we want to go! We have received 1205 responses from landlords and tenants so far, and 73% of those are promoters, which means they scored us a 9 or 10/10 – outstanding!

The PM Breakout Session at HX this year provided an extraordinary opportunity to be part of a customized workshop on conflict resolution, facilitated by global keynote speaker Phil M Jones. His clarity around language and the way to negotiate outcomes provided the tools we need to manage challenging situations with mastery. Other sessions included panels on CX, growth and AI innovation.

We look forward to delivering the first ever Harcourts PM Client Experience awards, which will begin as part of Q1 recognition.

Auction Update

Over the last quarter, buyer activity across our network has been exciting. At my auctions, we consistently see three to four active bidders per campaign, often more. This competition signals confidence is returning fast, with strong open home numbers and motivated buyers. Auctions are selling faster and more decisively than private treaty, helping reduce days on market more effectively when agents run disciplined processes. Working closely with rising auctioneers is a valued part of my role. Mentoring novice auctioneers across our network and watching their progress has been incredible. The auction competition circuit provides brilliant platforms for emerging talents to build confidence, understand bidding psychology, and test themselves in high-pressure environments before hitting the street.

Our recent state competitions and National Auction Competition at HX gave both novice and experienced auctioneers opportunities to test their skills before nearly 800 peers. These competitions are among the hardest auctions they’ll call—intense pressure in unpredictable environments, yet perfect training for real-world success.

Many top-performing Harcourts offices lead with auctions because the process works. It creates urgency, transparency, and results. When agents maintain strong communication with vendors and buyers, manage expectations clearly, and stick to structured campaigns, auctions consistently outperform.

Congratulations

Ray Brincat reaches amazing milestone

We’re thrilled to celebrate Ray Brincat, our National Real Estate Coach at Harcourts Real Estate Training Centre (HRETC), who has recently hit a massive milestone that deserves some serious recognition.

Ray has now guided an amazing 1,000 students through their real estate studies and completed over 75,000 assessments. And if that wasn’t impressive enough, he’s also celebrating 10 years with HRETC—what a journey!

Anyone who’s worked with Ray knows he goes way beyond the typical training role. He’s deeply hands-on with students working toward their Certificate IV qualifications, providing one-on-one coaching, personalised support, and running our National Accelerate Study groups. But what really sets Ray apart is his focus on the bigger picture—he doesn’t just help students pass their courses, he prepares them for real success in their real estate careers, including job placement support.

Here’s to Ray and the next 1,000 students he’ll undoubtedly inspire and guide to success!

After two tough trading years, it provided a great opportunity to celebrate the success of our top achievers and for members of the Harcourts family from all over the country to spend time together. We were particularly fortunate to have Mike and Irene Green with us this year to add an international flavour, but to really put the cherry on top, we had Bob and Jenny Wollf all the way from the USA. Bob delivered an energetic and passionate talk where he shared the things he does to make him such a successful agent. All of the other keynote speakers received top reviews and there was general consensus that this had been the best lineup we have had for many years. As always, the networking evening proved to be a big hit with the “Boogie Wonderland” theme producing some eye-catching costumes! The Awards evening was full of glitz and glamour and the top achievers were recognised in style. Several people attended their first HX and my favourite comment came from one of them who enjoyed it so much that she suggested that we should hold HX more than once a year!

The rest of the year holds great opportunity. We are seeing a slightly improving market in some of the bigger metros, and we have a strong growth focus. Harcourts South Africa is also busy with several exciting initiatives which should give our teams even more of a competitive

advantage than they already have. We have seen another surge in interest in Auction in the first quarter and we will continue to build this area of the business, as it is a key differentiator. We are busy revamping our Training Academy and a lot of new material is being produced with a view to going back to pre-Covid levels of in-classroom training. We continue to grow our digital presence at a good rate and having now settled down our new CRM system, we are able to look to the future which includes exciting things like AI. We have recently restructured our Corporate team to provide a stronger focus both on growth and better in-office support. We are already seeing some early benefits as we “bed down” these new structures.

The second half of 2025 is going to see many exciting changes and challenges, but we are ready for it!

Hall of Fame From teachers to trailblazers – a legacy worth celebrating

Hartwieg and Azelle’s journey into real estate was anything but conventional.

Former teachers from Gauteng, they moved to the coast in 1999 and ran a diving hotel before stepping into the property industry in the early 2000s.

In 2012, they launched Harcourts Scottbay, and their momentum never slowed. Harcourts Upper Highway followed in 2015, then Harcourts

Blue Diamond Elite Award

Harcourts South Africa is proud to introduce the Blue Diamond Elite award—our most prestigious recognition yet.

This exclusive honour celebrates those exceptional sales consultants who have achieved the remarkable milestone of qualifying for the Blue Circle Society for five consecutive years.

The Blue Circle Society is an elite group, reserved for the top 10 individual sales consultants in the country each year. To maintain that level of performance over five years is an extraordinary achievement - and one that deserves to be recognised at the highest level.

Toti in 2018. Today, they lead a thriving group with over 30 agents - and in 2022, they expanded internationally with Harcourts Offshore in Mauritius.

Now, as they join the Harcourts South Africa Hall of Fame, we celebrate a legacy built on vision, leadership, and a deep commitment to people.

Congratulations, Hartwieg and Azelle - this is your legacy.

Becoming a Blue Diamond Elite is more than just a title. It is a symbol of unwavering dedication, unmatched expertise, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. These individuals embody the highest standards of service, professionalism, and consistent success in real estate.

Congratulations to our inaugural Blue Diamond Elite members - your dedication and performance continue to inspire us all.

INDONESIA UPDATE

The recent annual awards ceremony was a truly magnificent affair, successfully drawing over 100 distinguished attendees who arrived in a stunning array of diverse Indonesian traditional clothing, transforming the venue into a vibrant tapestry of cultural heritage. The celebratory atmosphere was further elevated by captivating traditional dance performances, adding an authentic touch of grace and artistry to the evening’s festivities. The awards themselves unveiled some profoundly inspiring stories of achievement. Notably, the coveted “Best Sales” award was bestowed upon Arifin from Solo, a charming small town in Central Java. This achievement was particularly striking when contrasted with the “Second Sales” award recipient, Irene Susanto, who relocated to Singapore. These results served as a powerful testament to the principle that success knows no geographical bounds or limitations of personal background; instead, it is a direct consequence of unwavering dedication to process and relentless consistency. The recognition of such diverse pathways to excellence, like that of Intan Ayu, the “Rising Star,” who remarkably, is a professional singer by her main profession, underscored this very point. Indeed, witnessing and celebrating these diverse examples of success is a valuable reward in itself, inspiring everyone present to reach for greater heights.

The following day was dedicated to Principal’s Day, a crucial gathering focused on fostering growth and strategic alignment. The agenda was rich with invaluable knowledge-sharing sessions, robust discussions on current challenges, and essential updates on the dynamic Bali market, providing attendees with critical insights and foresight. This day was a pivotal moment in our “One Team” building process, reinforcing our collective vision and collaborative spirit. Looking ahead to 2025, we are filled with an unyielding sense of optimism and high spirits, despite navigating a complex global landscape characterized by an ongoing economy slowdown, dampened consumer confidence, and persistent global tariffs conflicts. We are confident that our unified efforts and strategic approach will enable us to achieve even better results in the coming year.

NORTH AMERICA UPDATE

As we recap the beginning of 2025, Harcourts North America is proud to reflect on a powerful start to the year—one marked by record-breaking achievements, inspiring leadership, and continued expansion. Our agents have demonstrated unwavering commitment and drive, setting a high standard across every market we serve.

This momentum was on full display at our 2024 Annual Awards Ceremony, held at the stunning Pendry Newport Beach in the beginning of March. There, we gathered to honor the top-performing individuals, teams and offices who exemplify our core values: people first, doing the right thing, being courageous, and fun and laughter. Each award represented more than just performance—it symbolised the grit, heart, and passion behind the work.

A highlight of the evening was the introduction of a new and deeply meaningful recognition: the Bob Wolff Elite Lifetime Legacy Award. This honorary award was created to celebrate individuals whose loyalty, contributions, and career-long excellence have profoundly shaped Harcourts North America. Named after real estate icon and foundational figure Bob Wolff, the award honors those who represent the highest standards of loyalty, production, connection, and consistent excellence. The inaugural recipient of this award was Dianna McGarvin, who joined Harcourts on the same day as Bob in 2011. Over the years, Dianna has demonstrated extraordinary dedication to the company—consistently ranking among top producers, supporting her colleagues, and living out our values every day. Her recognition was made even more special by a surprise appearance from her daughter and a heartfelt message from Harcourts International Founders, Mike and Irene Green.

Our focus on growth and excellence doesn’t stop there. We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our newest office in Lake Oswego, Oregon, Harcourts Lifestyle Realty; led by the dynamic and deeply respected Ana Solorio. This expansion is a testament to our strategic vision and our belief in the future of real estate in the Pacific Northwest. With Ana’s leadership and deep local expertise, we are excited to bring

Harcourts’ trusted service and innovative approach to even more clients in this vibrant community.

As we look ahead to the rest of 2025, we remain committed to celebrating our people, pushing boundaries, and honoring the legacy that brought us here. The future is bright—and we’re just getting started.

Australia Update

2025 is really shaping up with big news, big activity and big results.

Conference season has hit hard and fast and this year it saw a conference in Miami for NAI Global followed up by an ASIA PACIFIC regional meeting in Vietnam, all right before our very own HX on the Gold Coast which saw us crown our top achievers for their past year of hard work.

Being part of one of Australasia’s largest real estate groups is already a powerful advantage. But when that also connects you to the world’s largest commercial independent brokerage network, the opportunities become truly global.

The NAI Global Asia PAC regional meeting was in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) and our group was represented by Jason Luckhardt, Head of Commercial for NAI Harcourts Australia. The team explored emerging commercial precincts, joined global panels on cross-border investment, and networked with Vietnam’s development elite.

The event hosted delegates from China, Korea, Vietnam, Mexico, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. Highlights included:

• Insights from NAI Mexico on leveraging research and marketing to drive nearshoring opportunities.

• A showcase of NAI Korea’s impressive USD $3.4B in capital market transactions over four years.

• NAI Global’s new international president, Alex Waddey, on expanding the network’s global footprint.

• Keynote address from former Deutsche Bank General director, Tri Pham Nguyen

These events are open to members of our broader Harcourts network and to be involved in future events simply reach out.

The year (financial) drew to a close with some late jockeying for podium finishes.

In the end, John Georgiou, NAIH Platinum (VIC), topped off a stunning year by claiming top position as Number 1 Salesperson and again achieving titanium status. He was joined by Number 2 Phil Grant and Number 3 Ryan Chesney who both work at the high achieving NAIH Pinnacle office in Brisbane’s northern suburbs.

Despite no salespeople in the top 3, Tony Romano and the team from NAIH Metro (Perth WA) proved that consistency is the key by defending last year’s win and retain the cup for Number 1 Office

Congratulations to all the winners, but to also all the great support staff and property managers that make the offices the success that they are.

New Zealand Update

In March, the NAI Harcourts network from the Christchurch/South Island and Northern/Central regions gathered for the first set of engaging cell group meetings of 2025, providing an excellent opportunity for connection and learning.

Christchurch/South Island regions

On 19 March, the Christchurch and South Island teams came together for their first Cell Group meeting of the year with an energising day of insights, updates and networking.

Rory Diver from PMG Funds Management, who shared key market insights and collaboration opportunities and Caroline Harvie-Teare, CEO of Venues Ōtautahi, provided an exciting update on the Te Kaha Stadium, set to complete in April 2026 as Christchurch’s final major post-quake project.

The day wrapped up with site visits to key developments, including the Court Theatre, Tūranga Library, NZR Co. heritage building, and Parakiore Recreation and Sports Centre.

It was a fantastic day of learning, connection, and future-focused conversations.

Northern/Central regions

On 26 March, NAI Harcourts Hamilton hosted the Northern and Central Cell Group Meeting, filled with valuable presentations and discussions.

Richard Coventry from Perry Group kicked off with details on the Te Awa Lakes development which is a 100ha project with three phases, including residential, retirement, and commercial spaces, aimed at housing 2,500 residents, with strong interest in riverfront properties.

The open forum followed, where attendees discussed the current regional landscape.

Throughout the day, the group toured the Waikato Regional Theatre development, where Georgia Osman provided an update, and explored Made Hamilton, a vibrant new urban precinct with Matt Stark, showcasing a dynamic hub for retailers, food vendors and artisans.

The day wrapped up with networking at Reggies rooftop bar which is a perfect end to a productive day.

HX 2025

We’re proud to recognise and congratulate our top-performing consultants and offices across the country for their outstanding achievements.

Taking out the top spot is Theo de Leeuw from NAI Harcourts Hamilton, followed by Mike Neale, also from NAI Harcourts Hamilton, in second

place. Peter Peeters from NAI Harcourts Whangarei secured a strong third-place finish. A phenomenal effort from all three!

Congratulations to Shannon Caldwell from NAI Harcourts Napier, who earned the title of Top National NAI Harcourts Sales Consultant by Deal

Volume, which is a testament to Shannon’s dedication and results-driven performance.

The NAI Harcourts Hamilton team was recognised with two major national awards:

• Top National NAI Harcourts Office – Auction/Tender Listings

• Top National NAI Harcourts Office – Revenue

An outstanding achievement that reflects the team’s commitment to excellence and innovation in every aspect of their work.

A special shout-out to Rodney Jobse from NAI Harcourts North Shore, who was named the Top National NAI Harcourts Rising Star. This prestigious award highlights Rodney’s incredible potential and impressive early impact in the industry.

It was great to see members of our NAI Harcourts network attend the recent NAI Global APAC Commercial Real Estate Conference in Vietnam. The event provided an excellent platform for our New Zealand team to engage on the regional stage, with Andrew Bruce from NAI Harcourts North Shore invited to share his insights as a speaker. He, along with colleague Tim Turner, also from NAI Harcourts North Shore, dedicated their time to forging valuable connections and learning from industry leaders across the Asia-Pacific. The conversations around investment trends and development strategies offered real value, and we look forward to seeing how these learnings will be applied back here in New Zealand. A big thank you to NAI Vietnam for their warm hospitality and to everyone who contributed to making the experience so rewarding.

We’re excited about the momentum building across NAI Harcourts and even more eager to continue driving the brand forward here in New Zealand. With the market evolving and new opportunities emerging, it’s a great time for us to come together, align our focus and plan for what’s next.

We’re pleased to confirm that the NAI Harcourts New Zealand Conference will be held on 8 October in Auckland. This will be a key event for sharing insights, strengthening connections across the network, and setting the direction for the year ahead.

To all our incredible team members across the NAI Harcourts network, a huge thank you. Your hard work, professionalism and passion are what continue to drive our collective success. Here’s to reaching even greater heights in the year ahead!

NETWORK GROWTH & COMMUNITY IMPACT

Over the past few months, we have welcomed new agents and offices to our network, strengthening our presence in the Northern Tablelands of NSW and Kingston SE in SA.

We recently opened our Armidale office from the well-established Nutrien Ag Solutions branch, led by agent Peter Gordon. After 20 years as a top-performing agent and agency principal in one of the country’s most competitive real estate markets, Peter recently relocated to Armidale with his young family. Having personally represented over $1 billion in real estate transactions, he offers his clients the highest level of professionalism and unparalleled experience. Peter was drawn to Nutrien Harcourts because of its dedicated team and outstanding reputation for prioritizing clients’ interests. With a powerful reach and a strategic network of top-performing agents across New South Wales and beyond, Nutrien Harcourts has a proven track record of achieving excellent results. Their customer loyalty and referral business are exceptional.

We also welcome Courtney Geue to our Kingston SE office. Courtney has more than eight years of experience as a real estate sales consultant and is the third generation of real estate agents in her family. Throughout her career, she has successfully negotiated sales for a diverse range of properties, from secluded off-the-grid rural

lifestyles to acreage, beachside luxury, and fixer-uppers. During her time in real estate, Courtney has earned several awards, including Elite Salesperson and No. 1 Residential Sales for South Australia and the Northern Territory in a quarter. Courtney is looking forward to working with Nutrien Harcourts and being based in Kingston but will also cover Robe, Millicent, Penola, Naracoorte and Lucindale areas for both Rural & Residential Sales.

We look forward to seeing the accomplishments of both Peter and Courtney with Nutrien Harcourts.

In May, we celebrated five years of partnership with Dolly’s Dream alongside Nutrien Ag Solutions. As part of our fundraising efforts, we launched “Push Ups in the Paddock,” a social media challenge which was a tremendous success!

Altogether, over $148,000 was raised for Do It for Dolly Day.

HARCOURTS AUSTRALIA FOUNDATION UPDATE

The Harcourts Foundation is excited to share its recent efforts in making a difference across Australian communities. From supporting children with special needs to helping those affected by homelessness, our mission is to bring meaningful change where it matters most. Here’s three examples of what we’ve been up to:

Supporting Circus Quirkus

This year, the Harcourts Foundation proudly contributed a grant of $4,000 to support Circus Quirkus, a cherished annual event that brings joy and wonder to children with special needs and those experiencing disadvantage. Beyond offering a magical experience filled with worldclass entertainment, Circus Quirkus also serves an important purpose by raising crucial funds for the Immune Deficiencies Foundation Australia (IDFA). This registered charity is dedicated to supporting children and families affected by Primary Immunodeficiency Disorders (PID). We are thrilled to contribute to this incredible initiative that uplifts families and brings happiness to so many.

Partnering with Backpack Bed for Homeless Inc

The Harcourts Foundation is also proud to announce its new partnership with Backpack Bed for Homeless Inc, a national charity focused on providing immediate relief for those who are unsheltered. This collaboration highlights our shared commitment to addressing homelessness through practical and life-saving solutions. Together, we aim to offer dignity and support to some of society’s most vulnerable individuals during their time of greatest need.

A Successful Harcourts Foundation Golf Day

The inaugural Harcourts Foundation Australia Golf Day was an overwhelming success, raising an impressive $7,000 for community projects. Held at the prestigious Glades Golf Club in Robina, the event brought together over 95 participants from across Australia in a day filled with camaraderie and purpose. From friendly competition on the green to shared determination to foster change, the event exemplified the power of collective action.

We extend our gratitude to our generous sponsors who made the event possible, including: AMLHub, Audi Centre Gold Coast, Redemont, NAB, Printforce, iD4me and Fisiocrem.

Congratulations to David Russell of Harcourts Burnie, the Australian National Winner of the Harcourts Foundation Award for Outstanding Contribution. David’s initiative to support homeless members of his community by providing swags, or ‘Backpack Beds’, inspired a national campaign.

His compassion and leadership led to a Tasmanian Foundation grant that will now expand across the country, helping thousands of people experiencing homelessness. A truly deserving recognition for an exceptional contribution.

Your support ensures that we can continue to strengthen our communities and pave the way for a brighter future.

Looking Ahead

The Harcourts Foundation remains committed to supporting meaningful initiatives that uplift and empower individuals, families and communities across Australia. Thank you to everyone who partners with us in these incredible efforts. Together, we are making lasting change possible.

WOMEN EVENTS ACROSS

THE HARCOURTS NETWORK

A Triumphant Launch in Newcastle

Our inaugural Newcastle event in April 2025 was nothing short of extraordinary. Held at the stunning Earp Distilling Co, 95 amazing guests came together to celebrate, share, and uplift one another in a vibrant and welcoming space. We were honoured to hear from Belinda Bartholomew-Walsh, Creative Director, and Katelyn Hampton, Licensed Real Estate

Agent and Emerging Leader—both of Harcourts Newcastle, Hunter Valley & Lake Macquarie.

Stepping out of their comfort zones to share their personal journeys, Belinda and Katelyn moved the audience deeply with their vulnerability, strength, and passion. Their authenticity struck a powerful chord, bringing much of the room to tears and leaving everyone inspired to embrace their own stories and step into leadership with courage and heart.

Gold Coast HX Lunch with Carmen Briggs

Building on the energy of Newcastle, May saw another unforgettable gathering at the Inspirational Women’s Lunch at HX on the Gold Coast, with 145 guests joining for this soldout event.

Our guest speaker was the remarkable Carmen Briggs from Harcourts Property Centre. Carmen, who previously spoke at our Brisbane event in October 2024, once again captivated the room with her heartfelt message and impressive career journey.

Carmen’s message touched on themes of consistency, integrity, and passion. She reminded us:

“To keep showing up, you must be reliable, responsible, and committed. To keep showing up, you need to love what you do enough to make the commitment.”

Her call to lead with kindness and courage resonated deeply:

“Be generous, be kind, and give each other the benefit of the doubt. Being REAL takes courage.”

Her story was not just inspiring—it was a powerful reminder of the impact one person can have through authenticity and dedication.

Georgia Malloy-Jackson Shines at HX New Zealand

HX in New Zealand saw another highlight of our series with Georgia Malloy-Jackson of Harcourts Blue Fern Realty taking the stage at our Inspirational Women event. Georgia shared her story of personal and family anguish and triumph and her incredible journey to self-made success. Her signature insight, energy, and warmth provided immense value to the room full of people who attended.

Her presence reminded us of the extraordinary talent across the Harcourts network and the importance of sharing experiences, perspectives, and leadership wisdom across regions. It was a true testament to Harcourts’ international strength and unity.

These events have been more than just gatherings—they’ve been moments of real connection, reflection, and growth. They’ve shown the power of authenticity, the courage it takes to be vulnerable, and the strength we gain when we support each other.

We’re just getting started. With more exciting events planned for the rest of 2025, keep an eye out—we’d love to see you at the next one!
