Marc Fidler RTA Senior Community Education Officer Education and Engagement RTA Rental Reforms Update
Lynn and Marc will work through the latest updates from around Queensland on rental reforms, current dispute resolution insights and best practices to upskill the whole team.
Lynn has worked for the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) for over 19 years in various roles in dispute resolution and education teams. She has also worked in the private rental sector for over 20 years dealing with landlords, agents and tenants and everything relating to rental properties. With 40 years’ experience with tenancy laws, Lynn openly shares her experience and practical knowledge with industry stakeholders, the community, and customers.
Marc has worked at the RTA for nearly 20 years in various customer service and leadership roles in the contact centre, support and bond management, before joining the RTA education team 3 years ago. Marc brings a wealth of knowledge on Queensland’s tenancy laws and the RTA’s services. As a subject matter expert, and with years of customer service experience, he is passionate about helping RTA customers and the rental sector.
