H360 has developed significantly over the last 12 months as we move our ecosystem away from Harcourts One and into the new VaultRE and Harcourts Hub world, H360 will be the engine room for all things financial. Essentially, we will be collating all available data into a central place which will provide efficient real time insights allowing all users the ability to make data driven decisions for their business. H360’s goal is to help the Harcourts Network optimize business performance by connecting them to the right data they need to drive their business success. An observation in working with the network over the past 12 months is the extreme amount of double entry that occurs. As the H360 platform evolves, it will solve this problem for offices and in turn save exuberant amounts of time.

A team of Domo experts have been recruited to support the constant evolution of H360. Lead by Nick Jewitt, the team are responsible for bringing new tools to the Harcourts community. In the short time since the team has been assembled, and as a result of the quality tool now available, daily user traffic has increased over 100%. One of the first milestones released from the H360 team, in conjunction with the finance team, was the successful facilitation of all the New Zealand Leadership Conference in August. H360 was the platform from which all the data report were pulled including the presentation graphs. Post NZLC, monthly reports are now sent out providing agile benchmarking capabilities. Recently Karmen Costigan and the Australian Property Operations Managers introduced a new Property Management productivity, growth and profitability tool which has received excellent feedback so far. It is exciting times ahead for H360 as we move closer to sunsetting H1 and moving 100% into the new data driven world of H360.
