After an Australian government overhaul all industry training providers were forced to return to zero and re-produce their Real Estate training and assessment materials from scratch.

Learning requirements for salespeople and property managers doubled, in some states tripled! With these agents now requiring the full qualification, CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

In some states, Business Owners and licence holders now require the CPP51119 Diploma of Property (Agency Management). HRETC will release this qualification in the first quarter of 2022.
