North America Update

A seller’s market in North America continues with Quarter 3 sales boosted by a little improvement in supply over the preceding months. All regions of North America has seen an increase in the median sales price, the year-over-year price has climbed 13.3% which marks 115 straight months of year-over-year increases. We are incredibly excited to have heavily invested in a partnership with Realscout, which is an AI integrated client relationship software. This system will engage with buyers on the agents own search platform and stay in contact with them based on their interaction with the system. Sellers will be given up to date area statistics and market reports automatically. All of which notifies the agent when someone has interacted with the system so the agent knows that person is thinking about real estate. This system is just another piece of technology that bolsters the offering an agent can offer their client. Our Halloween themed Quarter 3 awards continued to see an everchanging Top 20 which makes for an exciting finish to the year which will be announced at our Annual awards come March 1st, 2022.
