DEDICATED SUPPORT FOR THOSE MIGRATING FROM H1 TO VAULTRE!

The migration from H1 to VaultRE is making great progress. We are piloting within seven offices in Australia, and I’m pleased to announce the first New Zealand office was migrated in November. Piloting within New Zealand marks a major milestone in getting VaultRE ready for the Harcourts Network. Bringing the very best features of H1 and combining them with VaultRE, the market leading real estate CRM in Australia and New Zealand will provide the Harcourts Network with world class technology and tools, helping deliver the finest experience in real estate. The pilots continue to provide invaluable feedback, which is being used to improve the training curriculum, the support model, and the migration process making your migration as simple and effortless as possible. The Harcourts Helpdesk, lead by Leonie, are providing their exceptional support to all existing 48 offices currently using VaultRE. When you come across to VaultRE you can be confident that the Harcourts Helpdesk are ready to assist. Harcourts have also invested in a dedicated migration support team who will guide you through your change journey from H1 to VaultRE and provide specialist support for the first six weeks post your migration. The team at VaultRE have developed a Data Migration routine that moves your contacts, listings, contracts, and financial records from H1 to VaultRE.
