he essence of beauty is skin deep therefore, our mind, body, and soul need to be at an even deeper level of excellence. Maintaining a healthy mind, body, and soul is vital not only for overall health to longevity but, to bring back the importance of the three being one. We must always remain concerned for the health of our mind, Body, and Soul. The human mind is one of the most powerful organs of the body. According to the Laboratory of Neuro an average human has 48.6 thoughts per minute which adds up to 70,000 thoughts per day. Therefore, our minds need to remain on a healthy level as much as possible. The goal is to have a peaceful and positive mind thought process 8590 % of the time each day.
