The essence of beauty is skin deep therefore, our mind, body, and soul need to be at an even deeper level of excellence. Maintaining a healthy mind, body, and soul is vital not only for overall health to longevity but, to bring back the importance of the three being one.
We must always remain concerned for the health of our mind, Body, and Soul. The human mind is one of the most powerful organs of the body. According to the Laboratory of Neuro an average human has 48.6 thoughts per minute which adds up to 70,000 thoughts per day. Therefore, our minds need to remain on a healthy level as much as possible. The goal is to have a peaceful and positive mind thought process 8590 % of the time each day.
3 Ways to keep a healthy & positive Mindset
1.Take control of your thoughts
• Kill negative thoughts immediately.
The more you ponder on negative thoughts the more power you give them.
• Remember they are only thoughts not truth so, began to think on facts about yourself. (accomplishments, new ideas etc.).
2. Train your brain
• You have the ability and power to train your brain what you want it to think about “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Proverbs 23:7
• Shift your mindset from negative to positive. Read positive affirmationst.
3. Refuse to worry or Stress
• Remain thankful and content for what you have. Pray for increase later.·
• Eat foods that reduce the cortisol stress hormone.
Do not Believe everything you think
A Healthy Body
I believe as humans we have lost the facts that we belong to Christ. “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own” (1Corinthians 6:19)) NIV. What we eat, drink, and allow in our bodies to encounter whether physically or spiritually do matter to Yahweh Elohim. We must always remain concerned for the health of our mind, body, and soul.
The body is made up of 60% water therefore drinking water and refreshing your body’s digestive system is vital to having a healthy body. What we eat, drink, and allow in our bodies to encounter whether physically or spiritually do matter to Yahweh Elohim. There must be a balance for the mind, body, and soul. You cannot have a positive peaceful mindset and practice harmony with unhealthy eating habits, or lack of self-care.
Maintain that balance by introducing yourself to healthy foods, a vegan diet, or adding salads to meals three or four times a week. I also suggest trying different flavors of smoothies
.They can be made with fruit or vegetables and almond milk or real fruit juice. What you eat and consume now it will help to give your body a healthy longevity of nutrients. And those nutrients help to preserve the brain cells which plays a part to your healthy mind It is important that you treat yourself right. Never do harmful things to your body. Love your body no matter what size or shape that you are. If you do not already treat yourself to a day spa, massage spa, foot massage, or the full body massage. Finally, exercise to help maintain healthy function in your muscles and bones. I’m not saying to a body builder just, simply walk more, do 5 jumping jacks or jog. Nothing too heavy but maintain your shape and body strength. You are entitled to a healthy body so treat yourself right.



GET MORE PEACE OF YOUR OVERALL BEING
Although our soul will live forever what we allow to encounter is still important for our eternal being. For instance, there is a such thing as soul ties. When we have sexual intercourse with men and women who are unequally yoked, we invite in soul ties into the body. “ Be not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?(2 Corin. 6:14) KJV
When we allow unhealthy soul ties into our souls we invite bad attitudes, anger, strife, and all other bad and negative spirits and emotions into our whole being. Therefore, keep caution of your soul only allow it to be loved and handled for marriage . Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers god will judge (Hebrews 13:4) KVJ. When we encounter soul ties depending on the lifestyle of the other person and what their attitude and emotional stability was there is a chance you will feel different emotions. For instance, out of the blue you may be angry, have a headache, feel sad, or depressed. We should always strive to keep our souls in a peaceful state of being.
Remember it is important to have a healthy soul to be free from unwanted evilness as well as have balance in your life. Always pray to your creator for peace in your soul. “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30 KJV).

The title of my book is “My Destiny Journal: Planning my Best Days.” I choose this title because I wanted to create a personalized journal for women, youth, and men to write down all their goals, dreams, and aspirations. So, they have a solid written action and vision plan for their lives.
2. Tell us what was your goal/ purpose for writing your book?
The goal of the book was to offer a product that covers the journey of trust within oneself. Oftentimes people have fears of success in different ways. Some are afraid of pursuing dreams and goals due to the fear of failing. Others have the fear of pursing
goals and dreams because of too much success.
