Capability Building and Enhancement

In order to serve well the community, a conducive place and comfort must be obtained to extend optimum service towards the general public. The Logistics Unit of the INPPO is taking care of the best ever service towards the community by facilitating and improving supplies and structures for the common good of every member of the INPPO and the community as well. Some of the initiated development inside camp are as follows:
Constructio o Ferdinan E. Marc Grandstan
Installation of three (3) Air-Conditioning Units, painting and polishing the concrete floor, and provided new office furniture two (2) tables, two (2) swivel chairs and twelve (12) monobloc chairs to the newly improved Old Barracks.
Improvement of the new INPPO Administrative Building.
A request letter was forwarded to Hon. Matthew J. Marcos Manotoc for a Certification/ Clearance interpososing no objection for the cutting of trees to pave way the construction of said
Constructio o Tanglaw-Diw Loung In recognition of the PMA Class 1992 wherein the previous Provincial Director then PCOL JOSE MELENCIO CORPUZ NARTATEZ Jr. belongs, a lounge has been on the process of construction as way of giving credits to his accomplishment as the then INPPO Provincial Director.
Constructio o PNP Retiree Buildin
Installation of of Unit Logo and stainless letterings of “Mapagtalkan, Alisto, Tured and Tarigagay”.
Looking after the welfare of the retired personnel of the PNP is still among the primordial concern of the INPPO, with this care extended to them, a modern retirees building is soon to be erected for them to utilized during their events and gatherings.
Replacement of the damaged water tank.
Repair of the clogged drainage canal near the new INPPO Administrative Building by removal of concrete slab and installing steel cover for easier cleaning of the said canal.

Othe Initiative
The “Holy Ground” as PNP personnel defines needs to be taken care of, thereby improvement is a must in order for a better reception rights be extended among the distinguished guest and visitors that the INPPO will host.
Improvement of the Old Barracks repainting and repairing of ceiling of the building to be utilized by the Ilocos Norte Provincial Cybercrime Response Unit.
Improvement of the Multi-Purpose Building.
Installation of Control Room with Audio-Visual System at the western hallway of the MultiPurpose Building.
Prope Marc Comple insid INPPO For the construction of Marcos Complex (Lakan Guesthouse, and APOLE Guesthouse, Kabalikat Function Hall, FAM Fitness Gym) CENRO conducted inspection and Markings of thirty-six (36) trees to be cut for the application of Permit to pave way in the Construction of the 4-Storey FEM Building and 101st CDC ARESCOM Building.
Concreting of the road in front of the newly improved Old Barracks.
Improvement of the Manong PD’s Conference Room by installing Unit Logo and City/Municipal Logos and Building Marker.
