The General Services Office otherwise known as the GSO is a unit that is under the Administrative Supervision of the Provincial Administrative Resource Management Unit (PARMU) while on the part of Operation and Control, they are under the supervision of the Camp Commander PLTCOL ROLDAN G SUITOS.

Such unit comes to its existence under the NAPOLCOM MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR 2019-1031 otherwise known as “Approving the Restructuring and Strengthening of 81 Police ProvincialOffices”.
The GSO is primary responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the INPPO Camp premises. Programs and activitiesofthisofficearemadeeasier byGSObecauseoftheir assistance. Various tasks are delegated to the GSO personnel that’swhytheyareseldomcalledtheJack-of-All-Trades.
The GSO personnel serves a major part on the renovation of the Ilocos Norte Provincial Cybercrime Response Unit which willbeutilizedsoon.
Aside from up keeping and maintaining the INPPO Camp, the implementation of the formulated Camp Rules and Regulationsistheirfunction.

For the period covered, a total of Php 11,639,749.95 has been received by this office from Police Regional Office I to allocateitsmonthlyMaintenanceandOtherOperatingExpenses (MOOE). Saidamountwasdistributed to 2PMFCs, 2 City Police Stations,21MunicipalPoliceStations,and1newlyinstalledunit, theTourist Policebasedonthefundsprogrammed byRegional FinanceandComptrollershipDivision(RPCFD).

EquityandEqualityisamustintheobservationofHuman Rights.
In the field of Law Enforcement the INPPO in particular, respects every human nature, extends the very basic law of humanrightsregardlessofrace,colorandstatus.
These basic rights of every human being is incorporated in the Community,Service Oriented Policing System that the INPPO iscurrently implementingin all of itsadministrative and operationalaspects.
This approach is triumvirate in nature that every part of the society has a game to play, from the Political Aspects to the Law Enforcement down to the community, they have their veryownroletoplayinordertoattaintherealessenceofCSOP.
Once the Law Enforcement Agency devised the plan, it will be presented before the Local Legislative and its Chief Executive for appropriate funding and it will be implemented with the full support of the community. With these approach, SecurityandSafetyPlansandprocedurewillbeoptimizedsince thesupportofeverysocietyisgained.
WiththesustenanceoftheongoingCSOPimplementation within the Province of Ilocos Norte, rest assured that all of our kailianswillliveinharmonyandpeacethroughouttheages.
The INPPO has 7S approach in ensuring the morale and welfare of all the Manang and Manong Pulis of the province. These are SALUN-AT, SIGLAT, SANGGIR, SARANAY, SARIPDA, SIRIBandSALUDO.ThepurposeistoensuretheUnit’smaximum performanceinservingandprotectingcoommunities.

On January 1991, Republic Act 6975 was enacted thus marks the birth of Philippine National Police. In that more than threedecadeswewitnessedthecourageandself-sacrificethat has propelled the police force to provide great service towards humanity.

Heroism, sacrifices and service above self by our police personnel attributes to the peace and order that we (the community) enjoyare the fruit of public service extendsby our policepersonnel.
Reminiscing the sacrifices and giving credits to our unsung heroes are remembered in this day of celebration, and asmembersofthelawenforcementagenciesletusjoinhandin handtopromotetherealessenceofpolicingfortheattainment ofgenuinepeaceandorderwithinourcommunity.
