FROM ENFORCING THE LAW TO UPHOLDING JUSTICE

Prosecution Atty. Febelyn Digap-Tebes, formerly Police Master Sergeant of the Provincial Investigation and Detective Management Unit, Ilocos Norte Police Provincial Office, embodies determination and resilience. Balancing the demands of law enforcement and legal studies, she achieved a remarkable milestone by passing the 2022 November Bar Examinations.

Despite her stellar qualifications and aspirations to advance within the Philippine National Police (PNP) through the Lateral Entry Program for lawyers, no quota was allotted, leaving her promotion hopes unfulfilled. However, her persistence paid off when a door opened for her. After serving as a Pre-Charge Evaluator/Investigator, she transitioned to the City Prosecutor’s Office of Batac as Prosecution Attorney.

Her journey from a dedicated police officer to a passionate legal advocate within just 19 months after passing the Bar highlights her unwavering commitment to justice. Prosecution Atty. DigapTebes’ story serves as an inspiration to those striving to make a difference despite challenges and delays.
