B. Campaign against Most Wanted Persons For manhunt operations, INPPO has identified nine (9) Wanted Persons with approved DILG rewards. Based on the degree of offense committed and the range of reward amount, wanted persons with rewards were classified as Regional and Provincial Level. This PPO apprehended one (1) Provincial level MWP with reward.

C. Accomplishment on COPLAN For the period covered a total of ten (10) Case Operational Plan were launched against illegal drug personalities (High Value Individuals) and Most Wanted Person with Reward. This resulted to the arrest of six (6) and the surrender of one (1) target personality. Meanwhile, one (1) target was accounted due to natural death.

D. Accomplishment on Drug Personalities a. High Value Individuals (HVIs) PNP Ilocos Norte accomplished/accounted a total of 20 HVIs.

Updated Intelligence Eligibility List INPPO has a total of one hundred thirteen (113) Intelligence personnel consist of two (2) Police Commissioned Officers, one hundred eleven (111) Police Non-Commissioned Officers working all together in Intelligence gathering, collection, production , analysis and dissemination contributing in the crime prevention and maintenance of peace in the province. Fifty five (55) personnel or 49% of the total intelligence personnel are equipped with appropriate Intelligence Training, fifty (50) or 44 % with Intelligence Seminar and eight (8) or 7 % has no intelligence eligibility yet. 
