There isn’t a major secret for creating a successful and perfect app, but in order to maintain itself in the market throughout the years and remain in the top rank of productivity app for students, there are a few steps that can help strengthen this startup and avoid becoming a failure or obsolete. The first step should always be focusing on solving the problem. Take into consideration the real-life problems the users might have and everything pointed in the problem tree analysis, the real user expectations, engagement rate and especially the issues users have complained about other competitors. The next step should be to establish the point of difference, or what makes this app truly different than other competitors, that will create a buzz in the market. People tend to get bored easily, we want to deliver a product that is unique. Seeking always to improve the app with rapid updates and releases and focusing on the user’s feedback is key to attract more users, improve the user experience for the ones that have been using the app, and increase the quality rates. This will allow the startup to truly meet the user’s expectation in making efficient tweaks that will really solve problems along the way.
