Additionally, we will have to consider the salaries of the 4 team members that are in

specifications. Annually, the combination of these 4 salaries cost around $350,0000.
An additional cost can include outsourced call center services for customer service. Ac-
cording to Team Syrow, these rates range from $0.27-$0.45/minute at low cost International
agencies and the company pays only for the number of minutes for which an advisor remains on
a call with a customer. This means that if we estimate that 5% of our population will call every
month for approximately 5 minutes per call, we will be paying the Call Center a total amount of
240,000/year. It is also important to point out that Android’s operating system is highly frag-
mented, so costs for developing for this platform may be higher.
An office space, with all the services needed like water, electricity, internet and office
supplies can cost approximately $180,000/year.
If we add all these costs, we will get a total annual amount of $1,589,450. Applying the
following ROI formula, the ROI of this app will be 116.6%, which is extremely positive for
such a conservative approach of revenue.
ROI = Current Value of Investment – Cost of Investment x 100

7.13 Mentoring Plan
Every company should have a mentoring plan, where it would help their employees to
be more productive and motivated in the workflow. We, as a team of students creating an appli-
cation for students, have the ability to express the different aspects that we have to go through
in every assignment or even balancing their lifestyle. The creation of a mentoring plan would
help the organization to motivate and turn their weaknesses into strengths. We will implement
sessions of encouragement to the current organization, providing help, and answering unan-
swered questions to clarify and provide the right tools for a sufficient workflow.
Meetings are a crucial part of closing a cycle or even a phase in setting a new goal to improve
the current application or projects. These apply to any company active in the market. In the
meeting, we would update any statistics of the process of the effectiveness of the application. As
well as discussing the demanding features that every student is currently asking, not every plat-
form would work as they desired, but here at “Task”, we do like to please them into their
achievements. The meetings would be set up once a week, in the evaluation of the process and
to determine the end of a goal or the start of a new one. These would set up the mood for every
staff to be comfortable in their work station. Building these exercises would develop a stronger
and motivated person to be part of the growth of the business.
The mentoring process in “Task” has several advantages. One is that it will promote
professional development in the short, medium and long term, making our employees much bet-
ter able to tackle the jobs and contribute to the company's goals. Mentoring will provide support
and direction, maximizing customer performance and even quality of life.
In addition, the process is not heavy: the meetings are intended to be fun and fruitful.
With it, it is possible to increase the integration, expand the diversity of knowledge and increase
the corporate concepts of professionals in training. As you can see, the process can be useful for
