World Languages & Cultures Department

This award is granted to students who show a passion for World Languages and Cultures and outstanding dedication to and achievement in their studies. Alexa D’Amato-Orloff has worked diligently in French IB from the first day all the way up to the IB exam. She is sincerely interested in broadening her knowledge of the French-speaking world. She always exhibits enthusiasm, and she poses questions that help everyone (including the teacher) learn more. Her French has improved significantly this year, and as she continues her study of language in college, her love of language will continue to grow.
