Ninth-Grade English Love of Learning

MADELINE FULD

Maddie is an artist in every aspect: her imagination holds no boundaries, she treats each assignment as her personal work of art and creates a vivid image of herself in her work. She is a lover of education, curious, and devoted to her studies - especially within the humanities. Maddie is an incredible artist who makes deep connections through her artwork and finds joy in sharing it with others. She is insightful, hardworking, and caring in her work. Maddie doesn’t only focus on doing well in her classes and achieving high grades; she genuinely cares about growing as a learner. After spending a lot of time with Maddie, it has been evident to see how she gains confidence in herself through the education she gains. She has been reliable, extremely involved, and excited about making the literary journal come to fruition.

Ninth-Grade English Academic Excellence

PRAJNA JAIN

Prajna models excellence in everything she accomplishes in the classroom. She completes all of her assignments in a highly commendable manner. In fact, her writing was so strong that it was frequently selected to be utilized as a model sample for other students. She is also a great role model for her peers, always striving beyond the minimum requirements. Her ability to go beyond is apparent in her projects as well. When tasked to create her own fairy tale, she blended together her love of fantasy and all things equestrian to create a memorable story. When it comes to any sort of presentation, Prajna is prepared and poised; she always has a clear, positive presence in the classroom. Even if there’s a difficult question asked to the class, her hand is always raised. It is our pleasure to present this award to Prajna Jain for her wonderful performance in ninth-grade English this year.
