AIRLOCK VALVES CAN BE DESIGNED FOR SPECIFIC CONTROLLED FEED APPLICATIONS Palamatic rotary airlock valves can be made in mild, 304, or 316 stainless steel, and built to meet ATEX or hazardous area requirements. Drop-through rotary valves can be installed underneath silos and hoppers for feeding fine and granular particulates. Rates from 5 to 43 lb per revolution are possible, depending on the material and process requirements. Blow-through models handle the feeding of material in vacuum and pressure conveying systems, with rates from 11 to 84 lb per revolution possible.
