4 Medium Yellow Onion Cut Into Wedges

20-24 Cloves Minced Garlic

8 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper

0 5-1 Cup Veggie Broth

1 Cup Fresh Basil (Oregano & Rosemary are also great options) Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions

3. Arrange the vegetables in a single layer on each of the baking sheets

4. Roast the vegetables on your grill for 2-3 hours until everything is tender and starts to turn brown and crisp

5. Remove your pans from the grill and let them cool

6. Place the roasted vegetables in a food processor with the veggie broth

7. Pulse several times and then add your favorite fresh herbs

Boat Handling

Fall is a great time of year to get that special instruction you ’ ve been wanting or needing. Maybe you took the boating safety course and would like to put into practice what you learned.

2. New to Lake Norman and need someone to show you around, where to go, and where not to go?

3. Nighttime/Daytime navigation.

4. Understanding navigational aids.

5. Confined area navigation.

6. Custom and catered to your needs.

7. If something happens to the primary operator, will you know what to do?

If interested, call the Ship Store or email: Call- 704-895-8996 ext. 28 Email- hsmith@peninsulayacht.com

Marina Manager Reminder

Be aware of your surroundings.

When navigating Lake Norman, always be aware of your surroundings. Keep your head on a swivel, looking for vessels cutting across and for people or objects in the water. You might know the rules of the road, but others may not!
