The assult against our freedom throughout the so called “Western World” is moving fast. Many people fall o what is happening. Our world is transforming on a daily basis, we are seeing our freedom of speech, expression, assosiation, and religion eroding away. Our world doesn’t known or understand what sin really is. Folks, these behaviors listed in the Bible are promoted in today’s society. The speed with which our freedoms are collapsing in country after country is shocking as the noose tightens on anyone holding Godly values. Satan is tempting all nations to do evil against God. These acts mentioned are an abomination to our Savior. People in ouro world are often asking, “How much longer do you think we have?” Folks, no one knows. What we do know is that events in this world are moving rapidly in the direction the Bible indicates to Matthew 24:32-39. Morality is plummeting. Marriages and families are in shambles. The forces of evil are growing stronger and the Middle East is in turmoil.

The majority of nations are lined up against the Jews in Israel. Gods chosen people of Jerusalem is a troubled spot world wide. Europe is coming to a crisis state where a strong leader will emerge. The Bible tells us this will be the antichrist coming from this area. Folks, there is no doubt over generations is going to see a lot of prophecy being fullfilled. No matter what is happening. Folks, never give up your faith in Jesus Christ. He is our strength against the Evil One. Christ tells us in the Bible to take up your cross and follow me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the Gospel’s will save his life. Folks, we are living in the last church age. The church of Laodiceais the last of the 7 churches . The one we are living today, AD 1900 - Rapture. It’s in this time period the rapture should happen. Jesus tells us about this chuch of being lukewarm. But neither hot nor cold. This age is blind to its condition. This church is going to be severely judged by God when this period is over.

The world will enter great tribulations with the seals, trumpets, plagues and trials. Thank you.

Mavis Campbell, 93,

passed away July 4 at Tidewell Hospice with her family present.

She and her family moved to Arcadia in 1967 and for the last several years she has resided at Desoto Care in Nocatee. She was a member of North Hillsboro Baptist Church but had been unable to attend for many years. Mavis had a big heart for family and others, including foster parenting 21 children over the years and later caring for seniors in their homes.

She loved caring and cooking for others and her home and table were always open to anyone who might “stop by” for a visit or a meal. The more the merrier! She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Campbell and brother, George Farmer.

She leaves a sister, Agnes Stanford of Auburndale; daughters: Sonya Shrimplin (Randy) Crystal River; Peggy Bruns (Tim) Charl otte Harbor; Carol Hill (Rick) Arcadia and son, Sam Campbell of Avon Park; grandchildren Lori Brousseau (Kevin) Sarasota; Billy Green (Chelsea) Arcadia; Dylan Bruns South Carolina; Vicki Hill Hausman (James) Arcadia; Greg Hill (Stephanie) Wasilla, Alaska and 9 great grandchildren.

The family wishes to express their gratitude for the exceptional care given their mom by Desoto Memorial Hospital (2nd floor , surgery and ICU staff, Drs’ Shapiro and Nathan and Dan Arcilla as well as Tidewell Hospice and the loving care provided by Eva Lowe and staff at Desoto Care.

She was the heart of our family and will be truly missed.

Emmy Lou Dufrane, 55, passed on July 6th, 2018. away from heart complications. She is survived by her husband George Dufrane , 4 children and 9 grandchildren.

Emmy was best known for being completely giving of herself. Anyone who knew her would say she had a great sense of humor and a big heart. Her door was never shut.

We will never forget her laugh or her unique sense of humor. We will always remember.

Rest in peace .

There will be a small private service held.

Diana Lynn Krause, 64 passed away at her residence in Arcadia on July 9, 2018. Diana has been a resident of Arcadia for the last five years originally from Vernon Michigan. Diana was born on August 7, 1953 in Pontiac, Michigan. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, bowling, rummy with friends and spending time with and taking care of her loving family.

She is survived by her husband John R. Krause, four sons; John (Jennifer) Krause of Rochester Hills, Michigan; Jeremy Krause of Arcadia, FL; Jason Krause of Vernon, Michigan and Andrew Krause also of Vernon, Michigan, one daughter Sara (Matthew) Schantz of Oxford, Michigan, one sister Dora (Tim) Stack of Davisburg, Michigan.

She is also survived by 8 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Austin and Norma Conley, one sister; Duretta Beach and two brothers Darrell and Dwight Conley.

A celebration of Diana’s life will be held at a later date.

Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral and Cremation Services is entrusted with the arrangements.

After all that trouble to get the cabin secure, was one of them in the cellar? Jerry quickly locked the cellar door. He wasn’t sure if one of those monsters was in there or not, but he wasn’t going to take any chances. All he knew was something was in there and he knew that lock was not going to stop, much especially if it was a monster. But, what else could it be? Jerry had already seen one of those things carry George off, holding him in his mouth like a dog carrying a bone, running through the woods as if it had a trophy or something in its mouth with its long tail pushing it even faster. And all those bodies at the river, what else could it be but a monster? So Jerry decided that he had to secure that door, but how? Then he remembered that he had used an old logging chain to pull down a half broken limb by the river. But, could he take a chance to go so far from the cabin? Jerry thought for a minute and decided that this was just about the only choice he had. It was way too far to try and make it to town and to get to any neighbors was just as far.

And besides, were any of them alive? So, Jerry takes off & he leaves the back door locked and barricaded. The monsters couldn’t get through anything but the back door, so he left the front door and windows open.

When Jerry got down to the river, he had to go right by the old miner’s bodies that he had seen earlier. He stopped for a minute to take a good look at his old friends. The bodies were all torn apart and looked like some were eaten and some just left there to die, that whatever did this didn’t just do it because of hunger, but for sport. There was still no way to figure out who was who, nor was there time to see if they were all there, and time was exactly what he didn’t have. The fact was that at any minute one or both of those things would sneak right up on him and do him the same way it had done his friends. It is a wonder how Jerry got the logging chain out of that tree. He had to keep one eye on the chain and one eye looking all around to make sure he didn’t have something sneaking up on him. While Jerry was gone to get the logging chain is when the guys looking for them came up to the cabin. When Jerry came back and saw them about to open the cellar door, he panicked and started yelling for them to stop and to not open that door. So now Jerry had caught everyone up. Everyone now knew what had happened. They still didn’t know for sure where everyone was, if anyone was still alive or if they were all dead except for Jerry. But hearing what Jerry had told them wasn’t making a lot of sense. After all, the only thing they had seen strange was Jerry’s place with the torn up cabin and yard. Still, Jerry’s story was very scary and knowing what had happened didn’t seem to comfort anybody. What about these monsters Jerry was talking about?

Where were they? Were they coming back? Again, what about the monsters? Anyway, at least they were aware of the situation. Ok, now what? What should they do now? Was one of the monsters in the cellar?

And if so, where was the other one? And, if it wasn’t one of the monsters, where were they and when would they be back? And, if it wasn’t one of the monsters, who or what was in the cellar? Everyone just looked at each other. The noise was still going on in the cellar, it was faint now, but still there. Who was going to look? Who was going to check on the cellar? Jerry decided that he would take the chance. He walks very slowly over to the cellar door and yells through the cellar door. Hello he says, is anybody in there???
