The constitution, the supreme law of our land, is in serious jeopardy. Revelation 12 prophesies of a war in heaven where great angelic beings fought against Satan and his demons of which there are millions. Satan was defeated and cast down to earth. Scriptures tell us he is the God of this world. Trapped in our world he can no longer go into the universe as before. Satan and his demons have awesome power. Satan and his demons were removed from heaven. Scriptures tell us; Woe to you on the earth, which has brought us much suffering in our world. Satan will be controlling our world and everything in it until Jesus Christ returns and removes him. Much is said on the news media concerning Israel returning land back to the Palestine’s. America is thinking on this line. If America ever done this, it would be a grave mistake for this country and its people are God’s chosen. Satan is exerting his influence at the highest levels. Our leaders are making wrong decisions through Satan. As we all know, angels carry stronger abilities than we as humans have. His angels have protected his church throughout all history. Even though there are many of God’s good messengers, there are also many demons who assist Satan and his activities. Angels are God’s invisible agents. All angels have responsibilities as in any organization. Angels have leaders called Archangels. The Bible mentions 3 angels of high rank; Lucifer, Gabriel and Michael. All have spiritual powers. Angels are individually created spirit beings composed solely of spirit. 2nd Peter 2:4-5; God did not save angels that sinned against him but cast them down to hell to be reserved for judgment. He destroyed the old world and all in it, except for Noah, a preacher of righteousness. Noah brought in the world wide flood. The whole world was filled with violence and corruption and needed to be dealt with. So, the Bible reveals to us angels were here before man was created. Lucifer uses the earth as his throne as God of this world we live in. As we know, sin is the transgression of God’s Laws. Sin carries penalties. Now here it shows how punishment is given to even the most powerful beings. Angels are immortal beings and cannot die. The earth after its creation was to be used by angels and an archangel Lucifer to administer the government of God on our earth but we know it didn’t happen. Thank you.

,Gary Alec Brown, Sr., 68, a life-long resident of DeSoto County, FL, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Friday June 8, 2018. Gary was born at Arcadia General Hospital on December 6, 1949 to Frances and Elma Brown. During his working years, Gary worked for Black Bay and Blue Ribbon Ranch, Golden Rainbow Ranch, IMC, and Hollingsworth Cattle Company and retired from Desoto County in 2012 at the age of 62. Gary enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter, fisherman and enjoyed making homemade sausage. Gary could often be found tending to his cattle and garden. Gary attended Cowboy Church Fellowship where he committed himself to his Lord in 2013. Gary is survived by his wife of 31 years, Mary Ellen Brown, of Arcadia, FL, daughters Kaycee (Curt) Mays of Arcadia, FL, Staci (Donald) DeLuca, of Arcadia, FL daughter Keri Jo (Dave) Wharton of Punta Gorda, FL, Danielle Frederici (John Taylor) of Arcadia, FL, son Gary (McKenzie) Brown, Jr., of Athens, Texas and 15 grandchildren, Jesse Wharton, April Wharton, Steven Mays, Kassidy DeLuca, George Mays, Faith Brown, Kamren DeLuca, Joel Mays Joeb Mays, Braden DeLuca, Jayse DeLuca, Kylee Taylor, Garrett Wharton, Whittley Brown, and Kinleigh Brown, sister Delores (Alfred “Bucky�) Neal of Arcadia, FL. and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Norma Jean Lawler Age; 80 of Sebring, Florida passed away on Friday June 1, 2018 at Sommers Hospice house in Sebring. Norma was born on January 16, 1938 in Laurel, Mississippi. Norma was a Nursing Assistant at G. Pierce Wood Hospital for many years. Norma enjoyed gardening, making baby quilts and most of all cooking and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She is survived by one son James Shattles of Arcadia, FL. Two daughters, Diane Shattles-Young of Fitzgerald, GA and Kim Emerson of Sebring, FL One sister; Sandra Kennedy of McGee, Mississippi she is also survived by 6 grandchildren 11 greatgrandchildren and 2 great-greatgrandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Mary Jordan. Two brothers, Thomas and Buck Jordan and her husband of 33 years James Shattles. A viewing will be held on Wednesday June 6, 2018 from 1:00-2:00pm at Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home 50 North Hillsborough Avenue Arcadia, FL where a funeral service will be held at 2:00pm. Steven Andrew Edwards of Lutz, Florida, passed away May 28, 2018 after a long battle with diabetes and it's complications. He was 68 years old and a 1967 graduate of DeSoto County High School. After serving as a proud Marine, he worked for Publix for 33 years in South Florida. He is survived by his loving wife, Jean, step-son Bruno, sister Judy (David) Osborne of California, brothers Doyle (Irene) Edwards of Arcadia and Alan (Karen) Edwards of Ocala, Florida. He was preceded in death by his brother Robert (Bob) Edwards of Arcadia. Future interment will be at the National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.

Most of those old caves had been explored so many times that the miners could go through them with their eyes closed. The only cave that had not been explored was one that an old man had discovered some time back, just nobody would believe him. He came back saying that it was haunted and for no one to go in there. Everybody just laughed at him, mostly because all the other caves had been gone through and mined over and over again and they felt like the old man was crazy anyway. He already had a bad history of always being drunk and telling people stories about those old caves so when he told everyone about the new cave, they didn’t believe him. The old man had been telling everybody about this cave now for over a month, but no one would listen. Then when the miners went missing, everyone wanted to know more about this cave but, then the old man came up missing. No one had paid much attention to him until now so when they started talking, they found out that no one had seen him for days. Who knows, they might never had been looking for him if it hadn’t been for the miners missing. Now people got to thinking that maybe he had found a new cave and now people wanted to know where it was. They were already looking for the miners when someone found the old man’s socks, then a few of the old miners decided to go looking for this cave that the old man had told them about. They were gone for quite a long time. After they got back and got there breathe, they said that they thought they may have found the cave the old man was talking about, but it was too late at night to do much looking around and that they would go back in the morning. One full day now was gone and part of another and still no sign of the miners or the old man. Even the old miners were starting to get weary of searching, some of them had gone back to the new cave several times, but were unable to find anything or any sign of anybody. The cave had a lot of water in it anyway from all the rain. With no one finding any sign of the miners or the old man there, they decide to start looking in other areas. In all the excitement, everyone had forgotten about Jerry’s still. Jerry’s still had not even been mentioned. His still was about a half mile from the caves, just north of the caves and everyone had been looking east and west, so the miners set out for Jerry’s still. Jerry lived in an old cabin that faced the mountain and his back porch hung out over the cliff just above the river. As the miners got close to the cabin they began to smell something bad, like a dead animal or something. Jerry always had fresh meat hanging out front on a line, so they thought that might be what it was, that maybe he had let a few pieces go bad. But, as they got closer, it was clear that something had gone wrong. First of all there was no line of meat hanging out front. That by itself was a bad sign, because Jerry always had some kind of meat out there. There was no sign of his truck and his cabin door was wide open. The front windows were completely open like they had been pushed in from a big wind or something. The front door had almost been torn off the hinges. Everything looked like it had been flattened. Even the smoke house was pushed over. They were a little scared to go in, but soon they began to start yelling for Jerry. As they slowly went in the door, everything in the house was messed up. All the furniture looked like it had been deliberately torn apart, that someone had taken the time to tear every piece of it up. They couldn’t find any sign of life anywhere but, as they started to look around, they heard a sound like someone moaning in the cellar. They could see the cellar door. It was over by the fireplace. They all argued over who was going to open it. It was clear that the sound was coming from down in the cellar. Finally one of the miners walked over to open the door…
