Proud to be a Paradisian I love living in Paradise for countless reasons; there are the canyon views that humbly challenge those in Arizona and the epic array of picturesque swimming holes throughout the West Branch of the Feather River. There are tranquil lakes sleeping in the forest and more trails than any one person can explore. However, those are just the icing on the cake that is living in Paradise. The true reason I live here is the people. I cherish the amount of waving that happens between neighbors and motorists in close proximities. I love the way the good parts of our history have been nurtured and evolved. I consider myself lucky to work for Merkley Construction rebuilding homes and I’m honored to serve on the board of Regenerating Paradise, which selflessly works to address core post-disaster challenges.
