Come to Paradise—the water is great!
That’s the message from Paradise Irrigation District (PID) following continued testing of the community’s water lines and restoration of drinking water to Paradise residents. Even before the Camp Fire, PID tested water throughout the community each week. After the fire, testing was increased to assure the purity of the water in the replaced supply lines. Water is again flowing to customers’ homes—and it tastes just as pure and great as it did before the fire. At PID’s Demonstration Garden, discover ideas for your new landscape

Check out PID’s Demonstration Garden located north of the parking lot, featuring low water use plantings, bird/butterfly attractants, fire resistant, and native plants.
There’s a lot of rebuilding going on right now and that means an abundance of new yards needing landscaping on the Ridge. Head over to Paradise Irrigation District’s (PID) Demonstration Garden to discover a few ideas for what to plant in your yard,. The garden, located just north of the parking lot of PID’s office (6332 Clark Road) is open from dawn to dusk. Signage identifies the various planting areas. Areas feature established plantings focused on low-water use, bird/butterfly attractants, fire resistant, native plants and shaded areas. Semi-permeable hardscape materials are also displayed.
