Your Leave

Paid Time off give you the chance to spend time with friends and family or enjoy more me time. At Page we offer a range of competitive options for leave.

We offer you 20 – 25 paid rest days which is beyond the statutory requirements to take a break when the 50th percentile for professional to executive is 15 – 17 days of Annual Leave in the market.*

Annual leave Sick leave

We want to ensure your well-being. Depending on the duration where contributions are made into Social Insurance Fund, you will have 30 – 60 of medical leave per year.

Parental leave

We offer 6 months of Maternity Leave and are among top 10% of companies offering you 4 weeks of Paternity Leave which is beyond statutory requirements to spend more time looking after your new family member.

Birthday leave

Your Health & Wellbeing

Your physical and mental wellbeing has always been our priority. We are here to support you to live well and work well at Page.

Medical check-up

Keep an eye on your health condition. You are entitled to VND 3,000,000 per year for medical check-ups and health assessments.

Dental

You can enjoy up to VND33,000,000 per year to receive routine dental treatment and major restorative dental work.

Medical insurance

We support your wellbeing with a wide range of hospital services up to VND 22,000,000,000 per year. It includes standard private room hospitalization and coverage of outpatient benefits such as general and specialist visits, physiotherapies by referrals, x rays and lab tests upon referral. Maternity leave payout

We maintain the base salary for all mothers during their maternity. It includes compensation of any remaining salary payment beyond the average monthly salary paid from social insurance.

Employee Assistance Program

We provide you and your family members with support in resolving your personal and work related problems that may impact your mental and physical well-being. EAP offer wellbeing sessions and resources, counselling and hotline services to help our day-to-day resilience. Check the details here.
