Your Leave
Paid Time off give you the chance to spend time with friends and family or enjoy more me time. At Page we offer a range of competitive options for leave.




We offer you 20 – 25 paid rest days which is beyond the statutory requirements to take a break when the 50th percentile for professional to executive is 21 – 23 days of Annual Leave in the market.*
Annual leave Sick leave
We want to ensure your well-being. Depending on your length of service, you will have 14 – 22 days of medical leave per year with full pay.
Parental leave
We are top 10% of companies offering you 18 weeks of Maternity Leave and 4 weeks of Paternity Leave with full pay to spend more time looking after your new family member.
Birthday leave

Giving Back leave
We are proud to be the top 15% company to give something back to society. You will have 1 day of CSR leave per year to make contributions and volunteer.

Your Health & Wellbeing
Your physical and mental wellbeing has always been our priority. We are here to support you to live well and work well at Page.

Medical check-up
Keep an eye on your health condition. You are entitled to one health screening per year at no cost to you.
Dental & Vision


You can enjoy both dental and optical coverage up to a combined limit per year of RM500. Where eligible, you and your dependents shall enjoy the same benefit, up to RM1,000 per year combined as a family.
Medical insurance
We support your wellbeing with a wide range of medical coverages which includes inhospital care and coverage of outpatient benefits such as physician and specialist visits. Check the details here.

We provide the same in-hospital care and outpatient benefits to your dependents.

Employee Assistance Program

Phased return for parents

Page's wellness programs enable me work smarter, more flexibly with great benefits.
