Your Leave
Paid time off to give you the chance to spend time with friends and family or enjoy more me time. At Page we offer a range of competitive options for leave.

Annual leave & Personal leave
We offer you additional annual leave days –up to 25 days per year and 10 days personal leave per year.

Compassionate leave
We offer you additional compassionate leave of 5 days which allows you to spend time with loved ones in the event of an emergency or if a member of your immediate family pass away.

Wellness break
We offer you a wellness break, which is 1 day off per quarter as an opportunity for selfcare activities, spend time with your loved ones or do the things that help you reset and realign.

Flexible Public Holidays
We offer you the opportunity to swap up to 4 current public holidays throughout the year (excluding the end of year shutdown) for another more suitable and meaningful time that aligns with your religious or cultural beliefs.

Birthday leave
Each year, you get a day off to celebrate your birthday, to be taken in the month of your birthday.
Giving Back leave

We are proud to be in the top 15% of companies that give something back to society. You have 1 giving back day per year to volunteer for a charity or initiative of your choice.

Parental leave

We are in the top 10% of companies offering you up to 18 weeks of primary parental leave, and 4 weeks of secondary parental leave with full pay to spend more time looking after your new family member. This includes same sex families as well for adoption, fostering and surrogacy.
