Your Leave
Paid Time off give you the chance to spend time with friends and family or enjoy more me time. At Page we offer a range of competitive options for leave.




We offer you 20 – 25 paid rest days which is beyond the statutory requirements to take a break when the 50th percentile for professional to executive is 21 days of Annual Leave in the market.*
Annual leave Sick leave
We want to ensure your well-being. Depending on your location, you will have 8 - 12 days of medical leave per year with full pay.
Parental leave
We offer up to 26 weeks of Maternity leave and are among top 10% of companies offering you 4 weeks of Paternity Leave with full pay to spend more time looking after your new family member.
Birthday leave

We are proud to be the top 15% company to give something back to society. You will have 1 day of CSR leave per year to make contributions and volunteer.

Your Health & Wellbeing
Your physical and mental wellbeing has always been our priority. We are here to support you to live well and work well at Page.

Medical insurance
We support you and your family members’ wellbeing with a wide range of medical coverages up to INR 10,00,000 – INR 15,00,000 per year. It includes pre-existing conditions, pre & post hospitalization and internal congenital diseases. Check the details here.

Maternity insurance
We offer coverage for delivery costs of up to INR 1,00,000 each for normal delivery and C-section.
Creche benefit

We provide reimbursement of crèche and or nanny care services (physical or online) of up to INR 8,000 per month per child for parents with children ages 8 and below.

We provide you and your family Covid-Care plan of up to 15 days.

Phased return for parents
