We offer you 14-18 paid rest days which is beyond the statutory requirements to take a break when the 50th percentile for professional to executive is 21 days of Annual Leave in the market.*

We want to ensure your well-being. Depending on your location, you will have 8-12 days of medical leave per year with full pay.
Parental leave
We offer up to 26 weeks of Maternity leave and are among top 10% of companies offering you 4 weeks of Paternity Leave with full pay to spend more time looking after your new family member.

Medical insurance
We support you and your family members’ wellbeing with a wide range of medical coverages up to INR 10,00,000 – INR 15,00,000 per year. Maternity insurance
We offer coverage for delivery costs of up to INR 1,00,000 each for normal delivery and C-section.
