Your Leave

Paid Time off give you the chance to spend time with friends and family or enjoy more me time. At Page we offer a range of competitive options for leave.

We offer you 20 – 25 paid rest days which is beyond the statutory requirements to take a break when the 50th percentile for professional to executive is 20 – 21 days of Annual Leave in the market.*

Annual leave Sick leave

We want to ensure your well-being. You will have 14 days of medical leave per year with full pay.

Parental leave

We are top 10% of companies offering you 18 weeks of Maternity Leave and 4 weeks of Paternity Leave with full pay to spend more time looking after your new family member.

Birthday leave

We are proud to be the top 15% company to give something back to society. You will have 1 day of CSR leave per year to make contributions and volunteer.

Your physical and mental wellbeing has always been our priority. We are here to support you to live well and work well at Page.

Medical check-up

Keep an eye on your health condition. You are entitled to co-pay 20% up to USD 300 per year for medical check-ups and health assessments.

Dental

You can enjoy co-pay 20% up to USD300 per year to receive routine dental treatment and major restorative dental work.

Vision

Enjoy co-pay 20% up to USD300 per year for eye examination, frames, prescription contact lenses and prescription lenses.

Medical insurance

We support your wellbeing with a wide range of global medical coverages up to an all-inclusive limit per year of USD 2,000,000. It includes semiprivate room hospitalization and 100% coverage of outpatient benefits such as physician and specialist visits, physiotherapies by referrals, x rays and lab tests. Employee Assistance Program

We provide you and your family members with support in resolving your personal and work related problems that may impact your mental and physical well-being. EAP offer wellbeing sessions and resources, counselling and hotline services to help our day-to-day resilience. Check the details here.

PageFlex

Providing you with greater choice and flexibility in how you manage your career with us is more than an option to work remotely – it’s a series of choices that fit different situations.

Phased return for parents

We support returning parents to make a smooth transition following their parental leave. This includes returning to work on reduced work days at full pay; 1 month for mothers and 2 weeks for fathers.

Our Community Events & Sponsorship

Hair for Hope is Children’s Cancer Foundation’s signature fundraising campaign where individuals volunteer to shave their heads to raise funds and we have been associated with them in Singapore since 2017.

We are committed to changing lives for generations of people in STEM. That’s why we partnered with ISSET to support the Mission Discovery space camp for students 14-18 years in Singapore.
