Melissa, Melyssa, and Stephanie are our three in-house property maintenance coordinators. These ladies work closely with our owners, our guests, our inhouse maintenance team and outside vendors to ensure your property is in tip-top shape.

No property care team is complete without Jason and Ryan. With over 16 years combined experience and a full-time team of 10, they have the expertise and all the tools imaginable to take care of the job. From preventative maintenance like A/C filter changes and annual property condition checks, to day-to-day issues, they’ve got you covered 24/7.
