For Padre Escapes, this means 99 chances to seize that summer magic. For property owners, this is the time when 60% of their annual income is generated. Right now, you might be concerned if you notice that your calendar is empty for this peak time. Don’t sweat it!
We are a drive-to-destination, and typically our customers travel just 220 miles. As indicated by our average booking lead time chart below they tend to take their time to book their summer getaways. Remember as a drive-to-destination, our guests have the luxury of waiting to book.
Currently, we have 606 reservations for Summer 2024.
On 2/20/23 there were 384 reservations for Summer. We ended Summer with over 5,600 reservations.
In a hot rental market with little supply and a lot of demand it’s easy to be successful; however in a flooded market you need true local market expertise to still deliver results.

We continually market to our database of over 80,000 people. Because we know our customers so well, we know where and how to spend marketing dollars effectively. The majority of bookings come from our own website with over 65% of our total bookings a year.
