HOW CAN I APPLY TO OTTERBEIN?

WHAT ARE OTTERBEIN’S ADMISSION CRITERIA?

WHEN SHOULD I VISIT OTTERBEIN?

There are three ways you can take this exciting step. All of them begin by visiting:

Admission to Otterbein University is based on a student's overall potential for academic success. Decisions are made after a holistic review of grades earned through the junior year as well as other criteria, including ACT or SAT scores, application essay, activities and involvement, and guidance counselor recommendation. Otterbein places more emphasis on the academic transcript, as we believe it is one of the best indicators of student success and college preparation. Each student is also considered for the unique talents and contributions he or she will offer to the Otterbein community.

As soon as you can. We can’t wait to learn more about you. We want you to get a feel for campus and see if Otterbein might be the perfect fit for you. There are several visit options depending on where you are in your decision-making process.

Your financial aid package (awards based on need) will come in the spring starting after March 15.
